Item did work as expected. It has to be charging while it works. And it only came with 3 empty scent bottles. I thought it had at least on essential scent with it. So read descriptions very well.

I was sent something that didn't work and had no smells with it. I will never order this item again.

The first one I ordered looked like it was broken and wouldn’t turn on. Received a replacement and it worked great for about 2-3 weeks now it doesn’t work.

There was some weird residue on the cartridge, and one of the little vials has apparently already had some oil in it. The weird residue is thick and gooey. It very much appears as though I was sent a used item.
