I'm a big fan of rice noodles, glass noodles, and all the dishes you can make with them. When I saw these, I figured I would try. They are really great, don't have a flavor that I can pick up on. So far I've used them with peanut sauce, garlic sauce, curry dishes, pho, miso, etc. I think they are an excellent, gluten free option for me, and the low calories are a really great bonus.

Icky crunchy texture - nothing like what you find in restaurants

I love these. I'm on my second case so far! I throw them in my pressure cooker in a batch of soup and they turn out nice and soft and give that chicken noodle soup feel without the gluten or grain noodles that I can't eat. The only thing I would mention is that if you cook them long enough in a pressure cooker they actually kind of dissolve away into the soup! I want noodles so I make sure to not cook too long.

I like these because they fill the "no flour" noodle void in my food plan. They have a nice chewy texture and no flavor to speak of, so they fit into any dish I make. I've used them in Italian, Asian, cold salad.

Very disappointed that for such an expensive food item bought in bulk that they won’t replace, refund or return the bad/spoiled one 🤦🏼‍♀️

Came quickly and in perfect condition, as if I had bought them from the store myself! Same goes for when I cooked them! Delicious as always! Buying in bulk was definitely a smart money saving move!

These noodles are way, way better than the shiritaki. If you buy the 12 pack, you save like $25 bucks. Made them with salmon, broccoli, alfredo sauce.......yummy!
