Don’t waste your time. You cannot go through Frigidaire for any warranty issues, you have to go through another company called Curtis. You call their phone support they tell you to email. You email and get a basic response then they ghost you. It’s been 3 weeks and counting with no end in sight of “we’re waiting for an update from the factory.” Try to escalate and speak to a manager, crickets.

I bought this microwave, because I didn't see anything about a child safety lock on the description or the key pad in the pictures. Turns out this microwave does have a safety lock. You have to hit the stop button after the microwave stops to open the door. Not a big deal, but kind of why I bought it too. Other things that are a negatives (minor). Packaging had a strong chemical smell. Took a few heating cycles to get it to go away in the microwave. Also, I like to be able to just type the time in and hit start. For example 1 minute 15 secs. To do this I have to hit the power button first to type an exact time. Other microwaves I've had are simpler to use. Otherwise, it's the quick minute type options. If I want to use the instructions on most products, I found 80% power works best for times listed at high on the box. Another thing is the light is a little dim to watch what's cooking. Last, the sound is not loud, but just weird compared to what I'm used to. That's the knit picky stuff. I'm not saying I wouldn't buy it again, but I'd look for a microwave that doesn't have these nuisances first. I still think it deserves a 4. It's growing on me. Not great not bad, so 4 stars.

I wish they had a better listing with the model number, so I’m going to share the information. Because I was looking to replace the exact model I have because I have a trim kit.The measurements of this microwave are also off.says 20.1 but see photo it’s more like 19.8, height is with feet 11.6.For those who need to know the feet are 15 1/2 wide and 9.8 highModel number EMW1120-B-3ACOM

Does a great job a little noisy but tolerable, interior light could be brighter. Overall so ,far , I am very pleased with this microwave .

This is a great microwave. The size is perfect. However, you cannot get the child lock to deactivate and I hate that. I’ve had it for two months now and once twice a week and get the instructions out and try it just won’t deactivate that’s the reason for my star rating of two.

Small but had alot of power. And very quiet! Love it!!
