Headlight Assembly Set [Halogen Type Models] Fit for 2011-2014 Ford Edge Passenger & Driver Side (Chrome Housing with Amber Reflector)

I just had the mechanic to install my head lamp assy. and once installed the driver side lamp will adjust up and down but on the inside of light assy. Is a black circular ring that the light beam shines through is preventing the beam to be adjusted correctly as if the light seems half open and the black ring can't be adjusted so it's a factory defect with that assy. I needs a replacement for that driver assy.

Less than one year later one of the two that I purchased no longer works. The plug on the back of the assembly is bad. I am past the warranty period. I spent a lot of money to get installed.
