Super easy installation. Easy to clean,

I used this around my stove top and it's perfect. The heat doesn't seem to affect it at all. I have weird edges around it, so I had to cut smaller pieces that are not flat. The edges curl just the tiniest bit, but I smoosh them down once a week or so, and it doesn't bother me. I will buy this again for other caulking around my house.

The media could not be loaded. I took photos of the before and after of using the caulk tape but unfortunately I was unable to upload them to this site. Just let me say the caulk tape turned out great. As with any caulk repair/replacement, the majority of the work is in the preparation. I removed all the old caulk then cleaned the area with a cleaner made of vinegar, Dawn dish soap and water. I then let that dry and cleaned the area again with rubbing alcohol and it was ready for the tape. I folded the tape in half (on the seam) in the manner that it would be installed. I would do this a couple of times as it makes it easier to install. I was replacing the caulk at the base of my bathtub where it meets the floor. I peeled back the protective covering about 4" and then pressed the tape onto the floor and tub making sure I got the crease in the tape exactly in the corner. I used a plastic putty knife to help me do this. The tape is somewhat forgiving...you can reposition it if you didn't hit your mark. I held the tape by its edges as I positioned it into the cover seam. I continued down the run by removing about 4" of the protective covering at a time. It was fairly easy and didn't take long. Now that I am familiar with it, I will replace the caulk around the top edge of the tub.I was very pleased with the results as it leaves a very straight, clean and defined line and looks very professional. I would recommend this product and I would suggest you start out with a simple area first just to get the hang of it.

I’ve waited for almost a month to review this. It’s excellent. I am a homemaker who wanted to spruce up our dated backsplash and seal off a very old counter top which met a very old backsplash.This has been amazing. No leaks, sticks better than some glue and caulking we have tried and the color is perfect. It wipes down easily after food prep to clean and it is flexible and seems to move with the old house (which literally shifts) and humidity has not affected it at all.We live in an extremely humid area and it seems things either stick together too well or not at all.I can’t recommend enough. Take your time during application, peel of the backing slowly and I used a putty knife to crease it well. At my husband’s suggestion I finished by taking a hair dryer on low to meld and seal the product to the wall and counter.

Clear is not clear, it is yellow. It does adhere well and came with good directions, but it was so yellow on my white tile that I had to remove it. I had it in my shower for months and it never peeled or loosened. It's thick and it was easy to remove. It just looks dingy on white tile.

Easy to apply, great value and durable. Added around the base of my black toilet and black bathtub and it is sooo aesthetically pleasing. Highly recommend.No peeling, functions well, seals out moisture and liquids.
