Questionable Processing Times
The book is well written, has tasty looking recipes, but I question the processing time on some of the recipes. It appears that Ms. Kelly may have been using pints rather than the stated quarts. If so then the processing time of 75 minutes would be correct. This was noted in the early sections of the 8 in 1 master Bible book.If this master book was a combination of multiple books, then this may have been a proofreading mistake. Pints may have been changed to quarts, but the time for processing did not change. I would think that checking with USDA guidelines will assist any new canner or advanced canner. Otherwise this is a very well written book.

Love the recipes . The tips and guidance were fantastic as I am new to canning. Now my husband and I can preserve what we grow in our garden
