The back is light net, hold your back very well. Height can adjust, I like it is high enough, so you can free your legs.

After the bolts on the inside of my previous gaming chair ripped out, I needed to find a chair that wouldn't have the same design flaw.I decided on this drafting chair because it checked that box and also has a couple other features that I've really been missing from my previous chair. My previous chair had its arms bolted into the seat itself, meaning there was no adjusting the arms. It also didn't have a footrest.Well, this drafting chair has got adjustable arms, which can be swung up or down, and be adjusted forward or backwards for slightly more length. It's also got the footrest, which can be locked into place or let spin freely.I wish it were just a little bit shorter, I checked the height and it was accurate, I just have a very short desk. I was hoping it would be able to be lowered slightly further, but it doesn't. That's okay though!It's a comfortable chair to work in, it definitely helps with posture over the long term (and the back can be slightly adjusted to help this more).

Got it for my air painting room. It was easy setup. Comfort to sit in. Size fit just right and look nice. It dies seem to hold up right .

Great chair for both a standing desk as well as a regular one, this chair can boost up pretty high. chair was comfortable, and easy to put together maybe 20 mins or so. Got it as a gift for my nephew so he could have a chair for his PC set up and he loved how he could sit real high. adjustable arms and back support.

I've been using not for long and I'm already feeling the difference.It's a good purchase. I really recommend.Back support is good and the arm rest flips up completely.The back support moves up and down, so it's easy to adjust to the hight needed.
