The media could not be loaded. Drink water, tea, or coffee if u want to curb appetite while fasting. It’ll do the same thing if not better. The balance makes u feel fuller when u take it b4 a meal but i imagine any fiber would. I’ve been drinking for almost a month and I haven’t really noticed a big difference. Don’t tell me it take 60 days because I’m not. too bad so sad. ✌🏾
