The smell is authentic
Reminds me of the Orthodox Church in my childhood village. The priest always use to put a bit on our forehead after Sunday Mass.

Scent great, lid a problem
The scent is reasonably strong and it was good for what I wanted (to infuse cloth pieces with the oil) but the lid has a plastic stopper insert that came out and now the lid doesn’t fit properly hence 4 stars

An annointing oil with a lovely aroma
This is the Fragrance of the oil that The woman at Bethany poured out onto to Jesus feet and the lovely aroma filled the House.The smell is amazing.It is in a small container and of course is probably not as intense as the oil in the Bible story But it is really lovely and here it sold as an annointing oil
