Kinda pissed Jabra stopped making these
When Jabra still bothered to make good products, these were the best sporty/active earbuds, and they still basically are at the time of writing this review. They're small. They hold a charge. They fit well. They feel nice. They look fine. They're waterproof enough to hold their own in showers reliably. They stay in your ears even through intense workouts. It takes a lot to break them. Their hear-through and ANC are decent. They sound damn good for handling all that too. I wouldn't say they were sold at a "value" price but you'd spend a fair amount of money for earbuds for a fair amount of functionality in said earbuds. I wouldn't call these cheap but, for being a fraction of the cost of the highest end true wireless earbuds, you could do a hell of a lot more with them. It sucks Jabra is getting rid of these because, when mine inevitably stop working for whatever reason, I'm almost certainly going to be forced to downgrade in some aspects no matter how much I pay.

Get em before they're gone
I had the Jabra Elite 7 Pro's. They were almost perfect, and I used them for years. I bought these on sale, and they're a worthwhile upgrade. My chief problem with the 7's was that the top lid of the case was terrible: extremely hard to grip, flimsy, too light, it felt like a happy meal toy, compared to the $200 build quality of everything else. The case on these fixes that completely, it's now trivial to open them up, pull out an earbud, and close them, all one-handed. The case is also the chief actual upgrade: it now works as a wireless transmitter for wired audio. I didn't think I'd use this too much when I bought them, but boy was I wrong. I didn't realize that you don't need to use the 3.5mm headphone adapter, you can just plug the case directly into any phone or computer with USB (even USB-A, not just USB-C), and the case will show up as a USB audio device and work flawlessly on windows, mac, android, etc. It means that if you just want audio from this one device this one time, and you don't want to have to deal with pairing and multipoint (which does work on these, more about that in a sec), you can just Plug The Dang Thing In with any USB cable you have lying around and poof, low latency wireless audio. I've found myself doing this so often that I never need to actually charge the case from a wall outlet, it charges while you're using it in this mode and that's more than enough to keep it going forever in my usage. The only device I own that doesn't work with the case via USB is my Nintendo Switch, you do have to use the headphone jack adapter for that. Multipoint does work, and for devices where you're going to be using these headphones as their primary audio output (like your phone), it's very worthwhile. It waits until one of the two devices makes a sound, and then switches to that device exclusively until that device stops making sound. then it goes back to listening for both. This means that if you want to switch devices, you have to remember to pause the audio on one before starting it on the other, otherwise it'll take a bit before it switches over. I think the best use-case for this would be pairing it to your phone and your smartwatch, if you're one of those wackos who goes out for a run with just their watch and not their phone. For laptops, I find it easier to just plug in the case, which gives me a nice physical button to switch between bluetooth and wired audio. Doing so also provides lower latency and charges the case in the meantime. Their ANC is wildly better than the 7's. It's finally worth actually using. Transparency mode is also very good, if a bit tinny, though that's probably down to the treble on these being a little too high, compared to the almost perfectly balanced sound of the 7's. They still sound very, very good, and the quality downgrade from the 7's is minor. They have this problem where when you turn on transparency mode and spatial sound, they reboot every few minutes. Fortunately, spatial sound is only a minor improvement in sound quality, so I just keep it off. The rubber cover makes these very comfy, I can almost lay down on my side on a pillow with both of them in. All that said, these are Jabra's last consumer headphones, they're going corporate-only from now on. That means Good Luck getting any replacement parts, especially that unique, proprietary USB-C -> 3.5mm adapter. It works with any USB 3.0 cable (not with 2.0 cables), so when that cable dies, you're still good, but apparently they have simply stopped making the adapters themselves, so don't lose yours!

1 star and good riddance.
Hi First time reviewer ,gonna make it simple for the people who intrested in buying this product . The build quality is fantastic , noise cancellation is incredible , the sound is very good ,and the battery life is more than enough to watch lord of the rings trilogy hehe So where is the problem ,well my friends and family complain that my voice is really low , and i mean so low that i had to literally raise my voice like i am singing in opera theater ( luciano pavarotti comes to mind ) So i use it for listening music and watching Netflix, and when ever i have a phone i dc my bluetooth to answer the call . So yeah no wonder they stopped making them . 1 star and i would never buy from them again .

Solid Headphones
i really like these headphones for working out. I’ve had them for 6 months now. i used to use apple airpods, and I get extremely sweaty when I am in the gym and they would continuously fall out of my ears and not only that, but they were short circuit because of how much I would sweat. I do not have this issue with these headphones. I can wear them and people don’t even know that I’m wearing headphones most of the time the sound quality is really great when you have the noise cancellation on, but I typically have the here through setting on as I live in a busy city. The battery life is really long and I feel like I can wear these for hours without a charge and they still seem to work. I’ve worn them on several flights and they haven’t died overall I think these are really solid choice for headphones if you work out and sweat a time like I do.

Decent earbud choice for non-apple products option.
Decent basic use but found the features a bit clunky. Sounds was good. I do notice a feedback effect occasionally whether in the case or on my desk or in my hand on occasion. Overall, not bad, but not my first pick to use.

Absolutely Amazing
I was worried buying these because I have always had trouble getting earbuds that fit my small ears comfortably. These earbuds fit perfectly right off the bat and are incredibly comfortable. I have been wearing them on runs and at the gym and they have stayed in my ear better than I could imagine. The sound quality is like nothing I've heard before. There are instruments and sounds I've never heard in songs before that these have introduced me to. You can adjust the equalizer to your liking but they sound perfect out of the box. The ANC and hear-through settings work amazingly. The contrast between the two is mind blowing. The smart case has been super convenient for plugging into my out-of-date work computer and is super easy to use. They are expensive which made me hesitant but I do not regret buying these at all.

Best headphones I have owned, too bad Jabra has stopped making these

Love these earbuds. I bought the Jabra Elite 8 Gen 1 and they were great to wear all day long. (8hrs) It's hard to believe but do have better sound. The fit is the same as the Gen1 as in, once you put your earbuds in your ears that's where they stay. Are they the best on the market, too me they can compete with the best out there. What other earbuds can make the claim of once they are in your ears that's where they stay? They are well worth the investment.

One of my earbuds just died, after 1 year of use. I have followed all the advice online to resurrect it, unsuccessfully. Incredibly disappointed at the quality of this product considering the cost. I have looked after my pair diligently, they have not been submersed in water and get cleaned every few months. I use the charging cable that came with the product and always place the buds back in the charging case. There is no reason for this to happen aside from poor quality.

Love these. Super comfortable, great ANC, however slightly disconcerting that Jabra is no longer making consumer ANC earbuds.
