Pleasantly surprised
I was replacing a cup that broke with a picture of my grandson who is in the Navy. Devastating! Anyway, sent the pictures in and ordered this one. Expected a cheaper cup, thin and fragile. Nope! This is a heavy duty cup and the pictures are perfect! VERY SATISFIED! Better than I expected!!! Came within a week! Thanks!

Turned out perfect.
My girlfriend is a big coffee drinker, and we are currently in a long distance situation due to my job. I wanted to send her something just to let her know I was thinking about her. Put a couple pictures from her last trip to see me on a mug. It turned out great! Time will tell how well it holds up.
