Measurements say 2.7 that is including the BASE. The area for the treats are exactly 2inches. They are super cute & the lids fit properly

Count them before mailing them out
I would of given it 5 stars but the fact that I was short 6 bottom pieces I'm not. I literally went through them 10xs looking to see if they were somehow stuck but they weren't. So now I'm 6 favors short..too late now.
