Just what the doctor ordered! This cast iron grill fits perfectly on my burner top. Heats evenly and the extra stainless scrapers make cleaning a breeze!

I have watched a lot of Guga's videos , that man can cook a steak!!!! I have a pellet grill , and need this for cooking my burgers! I use a lot of cast iron for cooking , anything cast is good for me !!!

Works perfect, great quality, Smaller griddle perfect for my rv and the apartment!

The first time I used this, the area where the detachable handle is used broke, and the griddle flipped upside down, landing on the ground with the cooked burgers landing on the ground. I found it far too small to grill any more than two burgers.

I followed the directions exactly with regard to seasoning the griddle. Coat all surfaces with oil (I used vegetable oil), put in a 400 degree oven for 1 hour and then allow to cool in the oven. After all of that, I put it on our gas grill and made smash burgers. It was completely non-stick and did a great job of evenly distributing heat. I've used a lot of cast iron pans, and none of them achieved this level of seasoning this quickly. The only complaint I have is that it is a bit small. If it was about twice the size I would be completely thrilled with it. It also came with grill locks to keep it in place, but I didn't find those necessary. The two spatulas it comes with look like something you'd use to apply sparkling compound, but they work great and the rivets in their handles are actually magnetic. Finally, the handle it comes with is very useful for moving the griddle from one position on the grill to another. Since it's removable, you can leave it off so it stays cool and just use it when you need it. According to the listing, the handle also contains a bottle opener, but at that point you're really just showing off. :-) This is a really excellent griddle and I'll use it a lot.

My husband loves a lacey-edged flat smash burger while I like a thick juicy burger. Making them simultaneously has been seriously inconvenient until we got this little mini griddle. The set comes with all you need with one exception. It’s pretty much self explanatory. You put the griddle (after seasoning it) on the grill, fire it up, and get it really hot. First try, did that. Made great smash burgers but the griddle slid around quite a bit. Luckily there are two little braces included to hold the griddle in place. The only problem was that there were no instructions for them. Sure, they also seem like a no brainer but they weren’t as intuitive as I had hoped. You have to lift the grill grates to really get them in place which was a bit challenging when the griddle spanned two grates. But after a small production, these held the griddle well the second try. Again, this made for amazing burgers. I was able to fit three at a time. Great option for our family.
