I just started taking them haven't been working out.

Dislike - took 3 - waited for the alertness, energy, mood changer, something, just something but nothing. Did absolutely nothing for me. I waited and waited but wondering when it will hit. It did not. This is got to be capsules with some stuff in them but nothing to make you energetic. I wasted my money , don't waste yours.

Vitalyze is a huge part of my daily stack, I think more clearly and my workouts are far more effective as a result. I even use it on days I’m not working out because it helps with overall mental focus.

After trying this for a few days, it became part of my routine and produces critical clarity needed in the beginning of the day and throughout. Helps you get the day going and stay focused throughout regardless of the activity I’m doing.

I should have known better than to trust a Balco product. This has to be some kind of placebo, because the purported 225 mg of caffeine does nothing, and I can't feel any changes whatsoever after taking it. I bought these to use at work as a professional driver to keep me alert, and 30 minutes after taking it I'm yawning and am less alert than before. Do not waste your money.
