My husband is handicapped.We have used this adjustable for years.It has worked well to be able to change and retab.However,it has become impossible to get anywhere.Leaving us in a real problem. I have found,after great expense to try many others,to find another product that actually fits him better,more stretch and longer padding which was always the most issue we had,having to use extra pad inserts for back and front coverage.Disappointing that this type has been discontinued...but the new type xl is really xl so more comfort.sorry but depends was not dependable to those with issues.

Style not for us
I am sure this is a great product. It's just easier for me to help my husband use the pull ups. He had a stroke and likes the feel of wearing real underwear.

Great Product! Now discontinued?
Out of all pull up incontinence underwear, this was my favorite. I can't believe they discontinued. In my opinion, this was the best. If anyone knows of a similar product, please list it here. How can you discontinue a product this good?
