I received my order on time, completed the test and sent back via UPS 10/14/24. I received notification of receipt of the test materials 10/16/24 telling me that the test was processing and to check back in 24-48 hours for results. It is now 10/22/24 and the website still shows testing in progress. I have emailed and left voicemail but received no response.Very poor customer service from Indicaid!UPDATE 10/25/24: I finally received test results, along with a refund due to the delays- appreciate this customer service. My results however were dramatically different than the tests I had done several weeks prior - I will be discussing this with my doctor.

Easy to follow instructions. Glad I didn’t have to meet with my doctor then get blood panel there- cheaper and more convenient doing it at home. Results came in a few days.

This was a lot easier, faster, and less expensive than seeing a doctor to get lab order, going to a laboratory, waiting in line, and getting poked. All I did was ordering the kit, following the instructions, dropping the sample collected, and I was done!

Test was easy to do. I highly recommend this test for how convenient it is and the confidentiality.
