My COLD FACTOR Instant Cooling Skull Cap is a great help when it's hot. This cap is easy to activate, and then cools my head for quite a while, which also makes the rest of my body feel cooler. This works well both indoors, and even better when I'm working outside because of its UPF-50+ protection. I can wear this by itself or under a cap or helmet though it works best directly exposed to the air. I'm delighted with it.

I bought these for my grandson. His first game he was so hot & sweat was going in his eyes. I came home after game, they came the next day! My grandson wore one on his next game & he said it worked great!! No sweat in his eyes & while on sideline he’d take his helmet off leave cap on & that cooled his head.

They stay cool, but the fit is a bit weird. It slides off my head after awhile and I've had to bobby pin them to my hair. Maybe short hair works better? 4 stars because the product does what it says it does.
