I’m currently suffering from (what my doctor called) walking pneumonia and as a result of three weeks of a hacking cough, my back is so sore, you would have trouble believing how much damage a cough can do.Anyway, this massager is so good that it has left me mildly delirious. I feel like it might actually be magic. I turned it on and put it on my body and I just knew how to use it. It is so good, that using it feels like you’re a warrior being welcomed home from battle to have his/her ailments blessed and healed by a tribal goddess or some shit. I used it on my neck for ten minutes and my nose became one with God. I saw sounds and my airways became so clear, I nearly inhaled my dog.My body instinctively knew where to use it, it undoes knots in your muscles immediately and leaves you feeling like that Tyla song, water. I dribbled off my sofa and into my bed and slept more soundly than I have since I was a baby. I know that because whilst I was using this massager on my shoulders, I saw every time line of my own existence. This massager caused a back crack so incredible that I’m pretty sure the energy from it created a new galaxy.Seriously, buy it. Buy it right now and I shall see you in Valhalla my friend.

Very effective and relaxing

I found this rather heavy and awkward to get into position but otherwise effective., It does give a good massage.

I get really tight trapezius muscles so I thought I would give this a go! It really does get right in there and so it can be painful. I found after a few uses the pain became less and it made a difference! I love it. It’s not a replacement for human hands but it does a good job for what it is. As some others have noted, it doesn’t get very hot but is quite warm after the full 15min cycle.

I really needed and wanted this massaging apparatus to work for me. The idea behind the product is great but design and execution was missed out. Built quality was OK-ish but apparatus is very heavy and cumbersome to use. It is shaped for the neck but feels more like a medieval torture device. Tried to move to my shoulder but the shape is quite prohibitive for use on any other body area. Its rotating balls are too big to provide pleasant and efficient massage, as the outcome, even with a minimal pressure, is quite painful. It misses all the point of alleviating the existing stiffness and pain as it is more likely to inflict additional discomfort. Furthermore, and that was probably the major reason I ordered it, the claimed heating function of rotating balls, is non existent. Yes, the red light in massaging balls comes on, but that is in fact just a led light effect resembling only idea of infrared heating function - there is no heating at all and it is only meant to produce a placebo effect for the user. On the other hand I should have read the description more carefully and realise that 12 Volts could not really produce any sensible heating on top of rotating Function. With much smaller and more gentle rotating balls with a real infrared heat, this product would get 5 stars but as it is, only 3 for built quality and the idea. Anyway, Amazon provided really simple and efficient return procedure and I would give 5 stars for their after sale support.

Great product worth every penny. But on top of that such incredible customer service! I accidentally dropped my wire and broke the plug. Simple WhatsApp link to customer support and explained, along with photo. Fantastic prompt response and within minutes had confirmation of a replacement in the post. I wish all companies were as easy, efficient and helpful when there’s a query. Full marks! Can highly recommend!

It’s decent enough but is quite bulky to get it positioned properly and also having to have it plugged in can be awkward and the wire easily comes out if knocked.
