great item good quality
bought for my home gym so i could do T-Bar rows with the Barbell, i put 2 15kg bumper plates on the floor against the wall then this slots perfectly through the plate hole and stays in place, can tighten it onto the barbell aswell so no slack which is great, been using it months and it hasnt failed me yet, would recommened.

Fantastic bit of kit!
Why oh why didn't I get this years ago! It is perfect for hiit workouts. Kind of addictive to use now...especially when you get more bang for your buck in terms of burning more calories in shorter workouts. I use Olympic bars at the gym and the standard bar at home, both fit perfectly fine. You need at least 2 plates, I prefer 20kg ones to set up the landmine. Anything lighter, may shift around with more active moves. There are plenty of YouTube videos giving you countless ideas for landmine attachment exercises, so you never will run out of ideas. But bear in mind, for some exercises the bar alone will be sufficient, the single arm lateral raise, ouch! The second picture is an example of the calories burned whilst doing a lower body workout with the landmine attachment. That includes 30 minutes of warm up, rest periods and cool down too. What are you waiting for? Buy it! Get the combo landmine and t-bar row handle, I regret I didn't see it in time!

Quality and Value For Money
Right....... The subject of reviewing stuff, with online shopping going 'stratospheric', can be something that we often can't be bothered to do, even though we all look at reviews to gauge an intended purchase. I tend to limit what I review these days, because everybody wants an opinion. The point I'm getting at is I checked the reviews on this item before buying. I also browsed a lot of other online shops who were selling a t-bar plate post inserts. This one was on sale at the cheaper end of the market, and other 'branded' ones with 'stickers' on were just daft prices for such a simple attachment. So..... 'buy cheap, buy twice' is my usual mantra, but despite a few negative comments, others seemed to agree that it was good value for money. Consequently I ditched my mantra on this occasion, and ordered one. I admit that on receiving this item, I was still sceptical before I opened it (full marks for delivery btw..!). The first thing I noticed was the weight... it was reassuringly 'chunky". I was still waiting for the 'catch' when I removed the packaging, and compared the post to a far more expensive one that I had ordered purely for comparison purposes. I'm not a 'metallurgist', so can only comment on what I found, which was apart from a brand sticker, they appeared more or less identical. The one difference being the 40 odd quid difference. I asked a neighbour to give me an opinion on the Yes4All attachment, as he is an engineer. His verdict was that he would be happy to use it, and no particular issues were highlighted. Anyway, for someone who has a 'pick & choose' attitude to reviews, I'll bring this one to a close by saying that I've used it half a dozen times, and it has performed perfectly, and for the price and quality, it's a 'no brainer' really.
