This is without a doubt the worst product I have purchased through Amazon. After I began assembly, it be came evident that this was a used/returned item. The hardware bags were opened and all of the pieces were loose in the box. I chose to continue assembly as I am up against the clock to protect our pool pump and filter from the upcoming winter season. Something I truly regret. Assembly was a nightmare. Most of the pre-drilled holes in the panels did not line up requiring additional drilling. The instructions are poorly written and difficult to follow. Although the finished shed looks okay from a distance, the door fits poorly as does the top lid. The structure is extremely flimsy and scratches easily. At $557.00, I expected better quality. Two braces were missing so I attempted to contact the manufacturer by phone. Their toll free number states they are open 8 to 5 (or so) eastern Australian time!!! I wish I would have stopped assembly and returned it. It took 2 full days to assemble ( I'm not a rookie) Repacking would have been a nightmare! Overall this is an expensive lesson.
