Poor quality/crack on the glass. Scratches on the frame
Hi, I just recently opened my purchase. I am disappointed with the poor quality of the frame. The frame has a scratch/crack on the glass, the top of the frame has scratches as well as the bottom where it has ‘6 months’ written is fading off. The back velvet looks damaged and discoloured.I have attached all the pictures as you can see for yourself.I look forward to your reply as this product will not be gift worthy as I had hoped.Regards
