Katcha False Widow Spider Catcher - 3 Piece Handle

Superb item for catching spiders and allows you to dispose of them humanely. Very easy to use.

We've had three of an older version of these catchers for many years and been very happy with them, dotted around the house in case of a spider emergency! They've caught many insects over the years (and even a small mouse that the cat brought in!). One broke recently when the handle got stepped on, so we thought we'd order the same thing again. The new one actually feels slightly better quality, the catcher is the same and has plenty of room inside it, but the handle feels stronger. It's also great to be able to order a longer handle! It's best to close the door gently to make sure the spider doesn't get trapped by it. We'd recommend this product.

Easy to use but you do need to be careful with it if using it sideways on wall and turn it as the slide has a tendency of catching legs and sometimes even squashing the bug - which defeats the whole idea of being able to remove something from your home without killing it.Fairly stable but end of rod is not fixed into catching pot, so again you have to be careful whilst using it. Has helped me out with small - medium spiders this autumn & I am personally terrified of spiders. Would recommend.

Great spider/insect catcher. We’d had our last one for years & years but eventually the slider broke. This one is even better with a longer handle which means you don’t have to get too close to the spider etc. Easy to use and release. Thoroughly recommend.

Gr8 bit of kit me wife loves it & as im a whooss as well with big spiders that makes 2 of us. even caught a wasp between the glass chandelier hangy bits,(eventually.) others have said it could do with being a bit longer as they're still too close to the bugs, well if you're too close with this get someone else to catch them for you! its 23ins/585mm long. Ok so it could be a bit longer for the spiders at the top of the wall (ceiling height) but then its going to be a bit too flexi so stand on a chair or the settee (sofa if you're posh lol) with one hand on wall to steady yourself, my wife can do it with a healing broken leg in 3 places & 15 bolts in it & she's S*** scared of creepy crawlies. Its cheap, but not trashy, its simple & it works. what more can i say apart from buy one you really wont be sorry.

This item catches spiders on walls. It DOES NOT catch spiders on ceiling. I tried. Spider fell out. It fell down just centimetres from my face. I felt its breath It was so close. When it landed next to my feet I then saw its teeth and tattoo's, I'm not exaggerating before it casually strolled beneath my bed to plot my death. Only reason I'm still alive is I haven't actually slept in my bed since. Buying this product also cost me an extra £6 to buy throat lozenges due to the extended blood curdling scream I released as spider fell out of the trap. Also need to plan for therapy after neighbours 3 doors down knocked on door to check I wasn't being murdered, and her young children laughed at me for crying at a little spider. I explained it was big enough to move furniture they were not convinced. Bad children but very very bad product.

For folks petrified of spiders and creepy crawlies .... saves you coming back to the house or being scared senseless out of your sleep by a screaming lunatic !!!! However I mark down on flimsy pole design .... means you'll be buying more than one ... however if you're clever you could easily modify ! Despite this it's worth every penny and if an Autistic person can use it .... anyone can. She loves it thank God !

Paraît effectivement assez peu solide mais par contre très pratique pour attraper et relâcher sans tuer bestioles rampantes ou volantes !!

Was delivered without the small, see-through (?) part to attach the long handle to the plastic 'box'. So unable to attach handle.Better to buy a more expensive version with better handle. The system is actually very practical - also for catching flies on window.

Naja, sehr minimalistisch....

Absolutes Billigteil. Das bischen Plasik ist das Geld nicht wert. Irreführende Beschreibung. Durch drehen fällt zwar die Klappe zu, die Spinne dürfte das aber nicht überleben. Und man muss das ganze Teil drehen, nicht nur den Griff. Es ist eigentlich eine Frechheit dafür soviel Geld zu verlangen. Schade, mal wieder ein Fehlkauf.
