I have very hard water at my house so I was looking for some things that I could use my tap-water while I’m cooking and I have to keep running back-and-forth to the water reservoir in the refrigerator. While I was hunting online, I found this adorable butter yellow electric tea kettle, but I can keep right next to my kitchen sink. It has different temperatures from baby formula, green tea, white tea, oolong, coffee, and the option to boil water. You just pick what you want to use it for and it does the rest for you at the perfect temperature And I can use tap-water while I’m cooking now at first it was a little pricey but now that I have it and I’m in love with it I will definitely be buying the matching butter yellow oven that they sell. Five stars!!

Such is definitely the case with this particular unit in question, as it's an item that sits plugged-in every day on top of my kitchen counter top, eagerly awaiting to serve me, starting with the customary hot beverage of choice every morning.Even though this electric water-heating kettle, IMO, 'checks all the boxes' and comes with all the seemingly 'bells and whistles' features one could ever imagine on such a handy and practical device, and even with this Amazon vendor's significant 15% discount coupon, not surprisingly, I find this item to be at the high-end of the Amazon pricing spectrum for similar products.However, upon a search of Amazon's many listings of competitive products, I take comfort in that other kettle variants do indeed come with similar price tags - - even though I do note the somewhat unusual huge, disparate price spread between the more economical ones and these 'high end' iterations.So, let's dive in (as they say these days) and examine just what makes this one, currently under my review, so special and costly. After all, its sole function is to heat/boil water, so let's see why I find this one so unusual and special:1) Over time, after opening up nearly 500 Amazon-delivered products upon arrival, one gets the immediate, eager and highly anticipatory sense of an 'extra-touch-of-class' when a shipping package contains an item therein that holds its inner contents in a more costly, glossy-like product box/container. Such was definitely the case and my impressive reaction with this item. It portended good things to come, and I eventually wasn't disappointed when I started thoroughly testing and using it on a daily basis.2) Equally as classy is the handsome, pastel light green-colored metal body of this impressive unit. To my current knowledge, this is the only color it comes in....so I hope, cosmetically-speaking, that any potential buyer can 'make-do' with it. It really is quite elegant in its over all presentation and appearance. In fact, it rarely fails to elicit kudos and compliments from any of my kitchen visitors.3) This water-boiling wonder 'runs the full temperature gamut' from 115°F to 212°F - - totally sufficient to go from warm-to-boil in a mere couple of quick minutes. I find this 'dedicated' appliance's process to be much faster and more efficient than a typical stove-top or microwave alternative heating application.4) It also has a unique 12-hour 'warm heating' functionality, whereby you can set it at anywhere from 115° to 200°, and it will stay within that specific range for a massive one-half a day's time. Also, not surprisingly in such a fine product as this one, is the 'auto-shutoff' function that raises the level of safety and security of operation of this high-heating device.5) It has a more-than-ample 1.7L stainless steel water tank that'll serve several people at a time. For larger quest functions, it's mere 2–3 minutes of boiling-prep time will certainly keep any anxiously awaiting visitors at bay.6) This nifty and practical item is loaded with six LED indicator lights that represent the six different water temperature settings. Simple to operate, each setting is controlled by one ample-sized control knob and each quarter-turn of it will effortlessly change the setting - - the visual validation of such immediately showing up on a small, illuminated LED light dedicated to each individual water temp setting selected.Additionally, this vendor has considerately included a 'fixed' feature below the above referenced lights that serve as a kind of color chart in that each of the six 115° - 212° temps are depicted by a color-coded graphic symbol 'palette'.7) I never thought that I'd ever be so extensively writing about an apparatus that 'merely' boils water, but this gem of a product will easily elicit anyone to rave about its many exceptional, reliable and dependable practical domestic home applications. I wasn't sure how much we would actually use it but we use it all the time. This pot makes it super convenient to heat up water for tea and other drinks and for cooking. I initially got it for coffee and teas but use it frequently to heat water for cooking also. It's easy to use and heats surprisingly fast. The materials feel very good and the fit and finish is very nice. It's a nice size, sometimes bigger than I need but I'm glad it's a little bigger for when I need a larger amount of hot water. I'm not familiar with this manufacture but I'm happy with the build quality, style, and performance and would consider other products from them.

I got this kettle for two reasons the first was the striking color/ design it gives that retro look that I like on certain items in the kitchen and the other was because it's a portable electric kettle which will come in handy when we travel locally or by car to a destination. I can pack my kettle and its easy to have hot tea, coffee, hot chocolate etc in the room or airbnb. Anyway this tea kettle is fabulous, I am impressed with its function. Not only does this tea kettle do an excellent job of heating and keeping liquids warm but it also doesn't take up a bunch of counter space and as a lady with a bunch of gadgets I appreciate that. This baby also has an automatic shut off and dry boil protection that is very important to me especially if I am busy in the morning getting the littles to school and I forget to turn it off in my haste. This kettle is a showstopper it looks so good on the countertop and really makes folks do a double take.

I got this beautiful kettle to replace my older electric kettle thay only has an on and off switch. With this kettle I don't have to hover and try to guess when I get to the temp for green tea. Having temperature control is the one thing I didn't know I needed! The quick build is also awesome! I sometimes make instant potatoes, don't judge, and you need to add boiling water, and this gets that job done fast! The reception style looks sharp and it is so easy to clean with stainless steel interior and smooth outer surface. This would make a great house warming gift or a gift to give to someone living in a dorm. Making those cup of noodles will be a breeze.
