I very much like this filter. I've had others in the past, but this one really excels in the water flow rate department. It has a minimal footprint on my sink and is fairly stylish. Hook up was a breeze and is easy to use; but most importantly, it produces a nice crisp, clean, and clear glass of water.

I love this filter n I feel as if I’ve purchased my best on this one. It’s awesome n easy to install. It’s beautifully designed, fits perfectly on my counter, it functions like a champ n my water couldn’t be much cleaner. It’s durable n love the fact that I only have to change the filter once a yr. It makes this soft sound when I run the water n it’s just letting me kn that clean water is coming n I love it. I highly recommend this product n thnx again!!!! Will shop here soon again.

UPDATED JUNE 2024: Immediately upon this review below being posted to amazon, the Waterdrop Filter Company reached out to me with great concern and a sincere desire to make good on their product. I had no idea when I posted the review to give potential buyers a heads up that the company would even look at the review much less respond with such a generous offer. They replaced the filter system at no cost and tossed in a free filter cartridge as well. The new filter system arrived and I noticed that the design is a bit different. Now there is a port on the bottom of the unit where a wrench type device can be inserted to give extra stability and leverage when it comes time to remove the filter cover to replace the cartridge. The tool to do this was also included with the cover wrench and all of the other accessories needed for easy installation. I have not tried to open the filter cover yet as it is a brand new unit, but I feel hopeful that in a year when the filter needs a cartridge replacement I will be able to open it. If not, I feel equally confident that I can contact the company and I will receive prompt help. I'm very impressed with and grateful to the company for the quick and generous resolution to my problem.This is the best countertop water filter I've ever owned. It does what it says it will do. The water tastes great and the unit itself is attractive, unobtrusive, and takes up very little space. My only problem, and it is a huge problem, is that I cannot open the filter when it's time to replace the filter cartridge. Yes, they provide a little wrench but it is absolutely impossible for anyone with no hand strength, with arthritis, or who is just weak in general and without anyone strong in the house to help out to change the filter. I found this out much too late after I'd already fallen in love with the things so today I had to order a brand new unit. I have no one I can ask for help. I read the instructions and I even found YouTube videos detailing how to open the unit but it's impossible. Fortunately, their priced low enough that the cost of buying a new filter is much less than what I was spending for drinking water yearly. They're really could have been a better way for them to have designed this unit for easier opening.

I genuinely wanted to love this product, but unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations. I was excited to receive it due to our family's high water consumption, but to my surprise, the filtered water tasted worse than the tap water. I’m puzzled by how that could happen, and I’m still on the lookout for a countertop filter that actually works.UpdateI had initially provided a disappointing review of the product, but then received an email from the customer service representative, Harper. Harper was very responsive and proactive in trying to resolve the issue I had experienced. They offered to send me the Waterdrop Flash Powerful Countertop Water Filtration System as a replacement.Harper stayed in constant communication with me, answering any questions I had, until I received the new item. The level of customer service provided by Harper was excellent - they went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction.The new water filter I received was much better than the previous ones I had purchased. It produces water that tastes significantly better. I'm very pleased with the resolution provided by Harper and the quality of the Waterdrop filtration system.

So far it seems pretty good. Using it at a cabin with well water. Fits nicely on counter takes up very little space. Had it installed in about 5 minutes - very easy.

Wow. This water taste a lot better. This is so easy to put on the kitchen sink. The water capacity is awesome. The quality and the design are pretty awesome. This is the best tasting water that my husband and I have ever tried. This is so worth the price.

Works incredibly well, the water tastes great and flows very fast. I did, however, have an issue when I had to replace the filter in that the unit would not unscrew. I contacted Waterdrop customer support and was connected to Olivia who immediately sent me a replacement. Great product and even better customer service!

I love it bc I love water! I was buying water bottles bc the pitchers became annoying and the amount of time it would take to fill a pitcher?? 🥴 I was getting dehydrated. This IS fantastic, honestly. Super easy to setup, sharp looking steel not tacky, the water flow is actually significantly better with this attachment.It’s only my son and myself and it’s supposed to provide up to 12 months of clean water - how much it actually cleans may be debatable however studies show water holds imprint and speaking words of kindness it can raise the ph levels also. Between both we should be good, I’m going to get one for the bathroom.
