Like some of the other reviewers here.... I am due for some dental work but various life situations have thrown some sticks into those spokes for the time being. I have a "gum knot" aka "gum boil" (caused by still needing a root canal in that spot) that has been bothersome off and on for quite a bit now. I would have to take some serious antibiotics for it to go away (side of my face would really swell up, was raw to the touch, etc). Anyway.... the area hadn't bothered me for a long time until about a month ago. Peroxide and warm salt water were helping to ease it and that combo actually killed off the infection for a little bit the first time it had returned... but about a week ago it got bad again, and the bump was really swollen this time. The rinses I mentioned were only doing so much for me as well this time around... so I did some hunting on Amazon and found Uncle Harry's Tooth Elixir and saw it had very similar/almost spot-on ingredients to others out there, but was 10 bucks cheaper for the same sized bottle that other brands promoted for 10 bucks more. Upon trying the elixir as soon as it arrived.... instant relief. I used it some more throughout the day and then went to bed later that night. Just adding a few drops to a little bit of water and gargling works great. Woke up with some pain the next day and continued gargling with the elixir... even putting some on my index finger and gently massaging it into the troublesome gum bump. That day, moments later, this stuff was able to draw the gross stuff in the gum knot up onto the surface of the inside of the bump (if that makes sense) and as I pressed the bump/knot only gently, all the gross stuff came oozing out (ew, yes... but also, woohoo). I then rinsed with the elixir afterward to get all the gross stuff outta there and kill of whatever germs wanted to linger, etc. I just continue the gargling regimen now with this stuff. It has been almost a full week and the bump has been the tiniest (almost gone) it ever has been during all this time and no actual horrible mind-numbing pain anymore. Sometimes it can get a little raw especially after waking up since bacteria builds the most in our mouths as we sleep and/or after a meal... but I rinse with this stuff when needed and it knocks out the pain and keeps that bump tiny/almost nonexistent. If I only had this stuff many years ago. It also works as perhaps the best and freshest mouthwash ever. I notice after flossing, brushing and then gargling with my peroxide-based mouthwash, I will gargle with the Harry's elixir at the very end of all those steps and it continues to pull whatever food particles even the most thorough brushing, flossing and peroxide rinse couldn't reach! I have no complaints and will say that this stuff is simply a MIRACLE. It's almost kind of unbelievable how well this fully natural stuff really works... and for a decent price too. I will definitely be purchasing more when needed. I have been using it quite a bit and the bottle seems to still have plenty in it as well. I have told a few friends about it already and they are buying bottles of Harry's now too. I hope and plan to obviously get the problem areas fixed eventually at a dentist, but for now, this is excellent for instant relief that lasts.... also it isn't just masking pain.... literally goes to the root (pun intended) of the problem and wipes out the bad stuff!

This product works like a charm for my teeth. I only use two DROPLETS for a single usage, and I swirl it around in a teaspoon or so of water, in my mouth for maybe ten minutes. When the bottle is *totally* empty, I fill it with water and get about ten more uses out of it. One bottle lasts a family of four for about two months. That's with maybe being used three times a week by each of us.This process has helped with:A recurring issue with an impacted wisdom tooth. I get debris stuck under the gum (WAY in there) regularly. I should probably have the tooth removed per dentist's suggestion, but I don't want to ATM. Some mornings I wake up with the gum area completely swollen and sore. I use this elixir and it fixes my problem. All the swelling disappears, completely, after ten minutes. I am certain it has kept any possible infection or abcess at bay. I've been doing this for two years with success. My overall dental health is good but I sometimes get sore gums from this or that, and this elixir keeps my mouth feeling great.My husband has wisdom teeth (that came out all the way) that need to be taken out. He has cavities in them and got pretty intense pain sometimes. This elixir helps with that, too. It obviously can't fix it, but it keeps his mouth clean and the pain is all gone - so he can continue avoiding the dentist. He's been doing this for about a year.My children use it once in a while as a mouthwash (one droplet diluted in a sip of water).This is a great product for the price, it lasts a long while. Just DILUTE it first! If you don't, you burn your lips and waste the product.

I feel like it helped me right away with the pain in my mouth. Oh my gums and I feel like it's helping with actual overall health of my mouth

Studies show that eucalyptus can aid in prevention of gum recession, therefore, so far so good, the trial is in progress. Too early to tell, but a great product overall.

I love this to refresh and thoroughly clean my mouth and gums - but listen to this: i was on vacation in a very remote destination...and got a head-cold like you can't believe. I boiled a pot of water, put a few drops in it and did a 'steam tent' with a towel over my head a few times a day....what a help in disinfecting and clearing out my sinuses. Love this stuff, as well as the tooth powder. I am hooked

I add a drop or two to my water flosser! Absolutely love it!

I am pregnant and for 5 months my gums had bled every time I brushed my teeth. Thankfully I found this product. It's been about 3 weeks since I started using it, and ever since my gums have not bled once. I put a couple of drops on my toothbrush and brush gums, teeth and tongue. The minty taste is delicious and my mouth feels so clean after I use it that I'm getting addicted to it. I love the burning feeling too (though I admit it might be too much for some people, so in those cases better to dissolve it in water). The product is also very cheap compared to thieves oil (which i alternate with uncle Harry). Overall, great product! They have a customer for life.
