Q: Has anyone used this when one is 6'1', 300lbs?

My 34 year old son, 6'1", 260 lbs, said it was very comfortable when he used my RV one weekend. Very good and solid, but not too firm.

Q: Can this mattress be returned and refunded if it does not meet expectations? The reviews are so confusing - To firm, to soft?

That is a question for Amazon or the seller.

Q: Do you offer a short queen in soft [or maybe medium] instead of firm?

Greggory, we've had this queen short foam mattress for a several months now, & have done some long term "camping" over that period. Therefore, we've been sleeping on it a lot. We put a mattress topper over it, & it's quite comfortable. I don't know how comfortable it would be without the topper. But, I can tell you, overall the entire Serenia mattress & the topper are far, far superior than the lame mattress that came with our RV. That mattress was discarded happily when we received this mattress. I hope you're happy with yours or would still consider purchasing one.

Q: Is this a Short Queen? If not why does this say that it is when searched for a short queen, then the description says queen.....wheres the short queen

When you search for 6" short queen mattress, it's the first one. But when you click on it, the product name changes to a "queen".
