I have up to 15 migraine days a month for the past 20 odd years . I've always used a pack of frozen peas as well as prescribed migraine meds to help ease the searing pain. I now have two of these migraine caps they are soft comfortable adjustable to fit and stay cold for about an hour and a half so I have one in freezer all the time they come a good food safe storage bag to put in freezer. I have to say it's probably the best cooling migraine relief I've ever used it does not move, very comfortable and not too heavy! and it works! ice packs surround the whole of the head. Nothing negative to say about this item I wish I had got it way before now. You don't need to buy more expensive options . This one is just perfect!

Item shipped very quickly. I like the fact it can be used hot or cold for different applications. The material makes it very comfortable to wear and it does provide a soothing feeling when worn.

Perfect for taking your headaches away

Weight of this is great & it's soft & comfortable. Not terribly effective though. I put in the fridge for over 2 hours. Pain relief was minimal, maybe 15 minutes, so next time I put it in the freezer for 30 minutes. It was cooler but still didn't last for long, however, it says you're only supposed to use short term. Not great when you have a pounding headache.

Bought this for my partner who suffers from severe headaches and migraines to the point where medication doesn’t work. I saw this I thought why not give this a try and my god it worked wonders. He said his head was pounding but within 5 minutes of having this on is calmed down dramatically. Highly recommend you can take the ice packs out and place them in the fridge or freezer as well as the microwave, I haven’t used it in the microwave but I’m guessing it will be just as good.

Oh man, this does wonders for my migraines. When you first take it out of the freezer, it's super cold and definitely nice to put on your head. It does get a bit too cold, though, so I recommend putting a tea towel around it to not freeze your head. With the strap, it fits comfortably around your head, and you can adjust it so the pressure points are wherever you want them to be, which is ideal. It stays cold for a good 20 minutes, but once it's warm, it's a bit useless and definitely needs to go back in the freezer. Maybe get two so you can switch them.

Loved this. You'll need to try and flex it a bit straight from the freezer but it's very good. It will stay cold around 15/20 mins. Stays on really well too.

Meh. Wish the whole thing would be cold not just a third where the pack is. Also reeks oh chemicals

Works great! - a few design changes could be made - the hole you can put your ponytail thru at the top is size adjustable via an elastic draw cord which is great in theory but leaves a lot of extra material bunched up at the top that blocks the gel packs from sitting close to the scalp, it would have been better to just have a small hole. There is also a draw string around the bottom of the band - even set as loose as it would go it still felt tight and kept creeping into my eye lid area, I ended up removing it completely. Gel packs are a great quality, flexible when frozen and feel like they will last. Material used feels nice and is washable. The cap is well suited for wearing even while sleeping or laying on the couch. The little bag it comes to prevent freezer smells is a fail - mine had a hole punched straight thru it and didn't really fit the cap at all, just buy a ziplock. Even with the issues mentioned I'm still giving this a 5 star rating because it works, the relief is amazing & feels so much better. I will be buying another one so I can rotate between the 2 as I like the gel super cold. I wish I had found these earlier.

I get migraines almost daily. I’ve tried multiple hats and this is my favorite! I’m going to buy another one. It has the longest cold retention, adjustable tightness, I can cover my eyes or leave them uncovered, move it down onto my neck more, and it’s soft. It’s also got a little weight to it so the counter-pressure actually helps my migraines more. Another plus, it’s one of the cheaper ones. Hope this helps.

It is a heavenly feeling after a day of stress to put on this cap,but cold retention lasts for 10 mins only. Wish it could retain coldness for atleast half hour
