COCOSHIP Retro One Piece Backless Bather Swimsuit High Waisted Pin Up Swimwear(FBA)

I can't fit into most one-piece suits because I'm 6' tall. This is perfect for ANY torso because the top just ties behind the neck at whatever length you need it to. I don't do bikinis because my problem area is a flabby belly. This suit covers and sucks in everything I don't want to show around the middle, and accentuates my long legs and arms! Both of the striped patterns are cut in a really flattering way, with stripes going vertically along the sides of the bottoms making your hips look shaped and slimmer. The backless style makes it feel and look more like a bikini, so its still super cute. It's basically a well structured high-waisted bikini bottom with two really long triangles of fabric sewn to the top. If you're a DIY type, you could totally fashion this yourself! (But for the price... might as well just buy this one!) The top is really like a halter top tank top. I wore it without the included cups, and I think I'll try it with the cups next time, because it felt like the top was essentially pushing the girls down if I tied the top tight enough to feel secure. It feels loose fitting, but there is a lot of width to the fabric so you're unlikely to pop out the sides or middle, but I felt like I always had to be readjusting to make sure. I think I'll end up sewing the straps exactly where I want them tied so I feel like it's going to fit exactly how I want it and not slip around. I normally wear an L-XL and I ordered the XXXL and it fit great. I'll be ordering this in more colors if they're still selling it this summer!

TL;DR: this is an amazing swimsuit and you will not regret buying it! I don’t usually leave reviews on anything, but this suit is amazing. I won’t lie, I did have some trouble with it at first. The padding that comes in the suit wouldn’t sit right and made my chest look weird. It also didn’t feel secure AT ALL. I used the little strap thing that came with it, which I thought was really confusing to figure out. The instructions for the extra strap weren’t really clear, and I did it wrong at first. I thought, maybe I am the only one who just doesn’t get this suit? Maybe I’m the only one it doesn’t flatter? HOWEVER, once I got the extra strap figured out and removed the pads, holy wow did I feel great! I’m not a particularly thin person (like at all - I regularly get asked if I’m pregnant even though I’m not and never have been), but I feel really confident and sexy in this suit. It doesn’t ride up in the back when wearing it, even in the pool. It shows just enough cleavage to make you feel sexy, but not enough to the point where everything is on display. The only thing I would caution is be careful diving headfirst into a pool, because even with the extra strap you might have a little wardrobe malfunction. Aside from diving though, the suit stays in place when swimming, and you can make it tighter or looser on the top depending on what suits your body type. This suit does a great job of hiding what you want to hide and displaying what you want displayed. My boyfriend also loves when I wear this and thinks it’s sexy too, which gives me a confidence boost! It’s to the point where I literally have to wear a different swimsuit if I don’t want him to be all over me! Haha! I bought the plain black halter and I like it so much I want to buy some other colors. If you are thinking about buying this suit, just do it! You will feel incredible in it!

Cute retro suit. It's ok on me but i can see it being exceptional on the right person. I might be too short for it to not fall into the matronly category at least in this design pattern. I bought the all black with black mini stripes in xl. I'm 5'1", 160. Size 10-14 on bottom, 36f on bra, true hourglass. Pudgy thighs so it fits a little tight on my thighs but not noticeable to anyone but me as it's just slightly uncomfortable but not visually. Flattens my butt which is not the smallest or flat typically in anything. Not excited. Lol. Comes up kind of high on my back bc i'm too short in length for the xl. I have a Small waist but a little fupa. It hides the fupa super well so I feel confident there and am really thrilled with that part. Order to fit the bottom not the top. It naturally covers my girls with the way it falls but i will not be jumping around in this. I don't think they will fall out but you never know. NO support. I deaf that a million times but thought of i tied it tight enough it would at least hold them in place. Nopppe. Lol. I will wear this this summer but all in all, I don't feel fashion forward or vintage in this but may try again in a more vintage pattern when i loose a little weight so i can have get the right proportions. Xl proportions would be nice on someone 5'4 and up.

I’m 5’2”, approx 65kg. I’ve been really self conscious buying swimsuits for a while but this one is really flattering. The bold stripes are fun. I like that it has lightweight removable padding. Thanks to all the other reviewers who posted photos to help me choose it.

Loooooove this bathing suit! I have never felt so confident and sexy in a swim suit! I'm usually a size 10-12 so I ordered the XXL and it fits amaaaazingly well! A little big in the breast area, but being queen of the itty bitty tittie committee doesn't help that fact hahaha it comes with removable cups that I do not bother with (boobs are too small to hold them in place anyways hahah).

I waited a month but I'm super impressed with it! The fit really does work on a lot of different body types! I usually wear a large bathing suit but I decided to go a few sizes up and that was a good idea. I ordered a XXL but could have gotten away with an XL. The sizes definitely run small so order up for sure. There isn't a crazy amount of support but as long as your not jumping up and down, it's good! Definitely better for lounging in the pool and looking stylish and cute.
