The media could not be loaded. Just WOW!This machine is great for beginners to the hobby. It was relatively easy to put together and it seems very sturdy. I have been able to make a great deal of things so far and it’s very fun to learn! My best advice is to run a test file on every surface you engrave first in order to dial in your settings to get your desired result. It’s a bit of a learning curve but I am certain the same is true with any machine if you’re brand new!It cuts and engraves wonderfully, everything has come out looking great and very precise! I am very happy with my purchase so far.Thank you for offering such a great value item for the price for us common folk just wanting to learn and create on a budget!

The packaging, instructions, and assembly were very easy to follow. Once I connected it was easy to send projects to the machine. Unfortunately, that's where the machine fell short. All text was reversed, though I could have adjusted for that. Every picture I tried to print was completely unrecognizable. Tried for 4 days to get good results, finally sent it back for refund.

If you are beginning in the laser engraving space this is a high quality introduction. I'm using w/ Lightburn with zero issues.

This is a a great entry unit into using a laser engraver. If you are wanting to start off producing some items for fun this unit is very capable and the project ideas are endless. Seems to be compatible with more common laser engraving software. The speed of engraving is pretty decent and it burns in a single pass like described. Assembly was quick and painless. Overall great for the price.

This engraver kit is easy to assemble. The instructions and parts are labeled to make things simple. I'm happy with this laser engraver.5 stars
