The Book that Will Transform Your Mind, Body, and Soul
What would you do if every day were summer vacation? How can you light your soul? These are pressing questions to ask yourself to begin healing your burnout. Jackie Hope digs deep and embarks on a journey through the decans of the zodiac to heal yourself from ailments and mental stressors. The first step is finding your purpose, and right now, my purpose is to read this book and discover new ways to heal and rejuvenate my mind, body, and soul. The devotionals, reflections, and showcases of the decans were insightful and a delight to read and learn. Each one I read, I could instantly connect and understand. Reading the book was like going to a live psychic for astrology and tarot reading. The connection was so powerful that the universe knew my thoughts and feelings, and the force was strong. I would recommend getting the best experience by reading a chapter daily and reflecting on it personally, either by talking to someone else or writing in a journal. After I finished the book, I felt like a brand new person with a new lease on life. There was nothing to dislike about the book. The book is well-edited, written, and structured. The writing style and word choice are crucial for these books because there has to be a powerful connection to the readers, and Hope achieves that in spades. I will recommend this book to everyone I know who is looking for enlightenment, rejuvenation, and healing. There is no question this book deserves a five star rating.

A beautiful, calming book with extensive astrological insight
As someone unfamiliar with star signs but looking for a self-help book to ease academic pressure, I found this book to be an excellent guide to uncovering hidden traits and the sciences connecting astrology with human behavior. The book is stunning and interactive, not only with the exercises and affirmations tailored to each star sign or to each person moving through each star-signed time of the year (how each tilt of the earth/shift of the sun can affect impact the harmony of the mind and soul) but with different numerical patterns for organizing the year, tarot card combinations for guidance, or standalone self-help in any page chosen at random. In short, Hope is masterful at ensuring this book feels different every time but provides enough love and guidance for readers not to feel lost, as I often have before with these subjects.I spent the most time in the Capricorn section, learning about the sense of confinement common because of the sun's location directly above the equator. The book encouraged that, during this time when it seems like control is slipping, distractions are abundant, and it can be easy to retreat into oneself, to meditate on the naturalness of time's fluctuations. The author also recommends bringing creative energy to the critical mind to avoid feeling overwhelmed and "heal the spirit of extreme hierarchy," which I think many, including myself, have experienced to some extent.Overall, I recommend this book to anyone looking for an elegantly written introduction to the timeless, symbolic world of astrology and tarot to relieve modern burnout.

Intriguing
I have to give this book 5 stars for how well it’s written and how well the author connects to the reader. The author seems well versed on the topic and has a lot of insight to share. You can tell that she genuinely cares about the reader.I know where I stand in my beliefs and while astrology and tarot are not for me, I thoroughly enjoy learning more about what other people practice and believe. How can you understand where someone is coming from if you never take the time to learn more about their belief systems? This book is informative on the topics of tarot and astrology when it comes to relieving burnout. It also gives a great perspective on what burnout is.I think the author accomplishes her purpose well and has some good perspectives to share. It’s worth the read and worth the 5 stars!
