Get up and go!
Im obsessed! This is a great low cost in house treadmil, it goes up in increments of 0.2km which is useful. Can walk or run on it. I run at around 8 to 9km but can go a few km faster! Easy to set up. Grease bottle provided for the belt is useful. Definitely better for shorter people. Im 5ft 6 and its just the right size!

Good if set up correctly
Decent, very good customer service Need to be careful with the Alan keys it can remkce the thread if the tightener screws. Belt slips quite a bit otherwise 5 stars

Good solid walking / jogging pad with minoissue
Had it for a few weeks now, very good for the money. Only minor thing is the magnet on the safety harness is not strong enough to switch the reed switch in the upper console, you get a E10 error. I had a neodymium magnet lying around and used that instead. Great product let down by a cheapy magnet! Edit: Just to add after seeing people saying the belt slips to one side. Run the treadmill on the lowest speed then use the provided Allen key to adjust the roller on the back. If the belt is pulling to the left for example then either tighten the left side or loosen the right side, quarter turn at a time. The belt will slowly travel to the middle then tighten the side you are adjusting slightly to keep the belt there. Takes a few minutes but worth getting it aligned.

AVOID
First purchased 26th Nov. As of 2nd March, I still don't have a functioning product, and despite repeated requests for a refund, I'm stuck with a product I don't want and they still have my money. The first machine was faulty; despite HOURS of time spent carefully following a multitude of conflicting instructions, it proved impossible to align the track. The company agreed it was faulty, sent out a replacement and advised me to dispose as the original machine 'as I wished'. We carefully followed set up instructions again for the second machine and were relieved to find the track aligned as it should. However, as soon as I started using it, it began making loud squeaking sounds. This was on the slowest walking speed, wearing brand new shoes, with the walking mat on a suitable mat and flooring. We had lubricated and aligned everything as instructed. The company have repeatedly told me the noise is down to 'debris on the track' which I should 'clean with a brush'. It's brand new, there is no debris. One dodgy machine is bad luck, two in a row means I have zero trust in this brand. My request for a refund was met with the claim I should return the machine the next day (a Sunday) at my own cost. I don't think you should have to pay to return a faulty machine. I want it collected and a full refund processed asap. Strongly advise avoiding this product.

Much Better than I expected!
I purchased this walking pad with the intention to use it at a desk whilst working remotely. So far it has exceeded my expectations! Its quiet, stable, has some great features and seems to have a great build quality. The manual is very clear (including how to resolve error codes) and it came with the two bottles of lubricant and the tools for adjusting the belt. Before your first use they say you should add some lubrication to the pad which wasnt very difficult to do. Tightening the belt back is a little finicky as one side too tight will cause the belt to slip on one side. The instructions were clear in the case of the belt slipping which side to tighten more. The handlebar that props up also has the funtions which automatically turn on when upright. The remote works perfectly and the app is more feature rich than i thought as it can also be used as a remote to control the speed (max speed is 5km/h) Because of its size it can very easily be stored and can be moved around, just be wary it is quite heavy for its size (approximately 22kg) I paid 170 for it which is a steal at that price!

Great value for money and simple to operate.
Feels very robust for the price. My partner bought me this to help with my recovery from a hip replacement, as I’m not having the surgery until late September I haven’t used it for long periods yet. A friend put it together for me - simple instructions and easy to do so long as you can kneel down. It’s a heavy package so you need 2 people/ one strong person to unpack and position it.

We bought the model with the power incline and foldable arms/control bar. It's really nice for the price. Really only have one disappointment: the powered incline. There are three levels: 1, 2, and 3. At the highest level of 3, I measured an incline of 4 degrees. I checked it several times. That is nowhere near the advertised 9 degrees. Our Life Fitness treadmill is right beside this one, and you can really see the difference. Nine degrees on that beast is challenging! The wife and I really love incline, as it's an easy way to make exercise more demanding without a significant increase in physical impact. Now the good: * Great packaging. The treadmill arrived in perfect condition. * It comes completely assembled, which is fantastic. Sliding the device holder in its groove is so simple it doesn't count. * It really is very quiet. Quieter than our Life Fitness treadmill, which cost a lot more. * The foldable arms/control panel is really nice and make it easy to control the treadmill even without the remote. * It doesn't take up anywhere near the space of a full-size treadmill. * The small control bar doesn't block your view if you want to watch a show. Overall, for the price it seems to be a great treadmill. Smooth and quiet. Just wish it had some more incline. Strangely, I've noticed some people in the comments mentioning 9 levels of incline. The one we received certainly only has three. Maybe the model without the handrails/control bar has more incline levels. Either way, I'm certainly only getting 4 degrees, not the advertised 9 degrees.

I use this treadmill with my standing desk, and it's a good combination. The treadmill's profile is just low enough for me to work with my desk fully elevated. I'm 6'3", and the treadmill's handle bar is a bit too short for me to use ergonomically. But I wouldn't want to hold on to the treadmill while typing, so that's not a big loss. The included remote control works well, even if the handle is folded flat. The belt is smaller than many treadmills, but that's to be expected due to the machine's portability. It's still large enough for me to walk comfortably. It's fairly easy to move the treadmill out of the way when I'm ready to lower my desk and sit on my chair. The treadmill may not have many fancy features, but it's affordable and works well enough. The only thing that kind of bothers me is that it stops after 100 minutes. As soon as the timer exceeds 99 minutes, the displayed time resets to 00 and the treadmill stops. If I press the start button, it starts right back up again. Update: The treadmill developed a new behavior. After walking for about an hour, it beeps and increases it's speed to 5 mph at random times. Stopping and starting it doesn't help, but unplugging it for a few seconds fixes it for a while. It's very annoying and potentially unsafe. I eventually determined that it's responding to a light source that it mistakes for the infrared remote. The remote sensor is behind the display, so I covered the display with electrical tape. That makes the display useless, but at least the treadmill stays at the set speed now. Update 2: After about 3 months of use, the treadmill started making an awful scraping sound and the motor started getting really hot. I only walked at about 3 MPH, and I kept the belt lubricated and adjusted as instructed, but the machine just couldn't take it. The plastic around the motor deformed from the heat, and there was a burning smell every time I used it. The seller graciously offered a replacement, even though the 3 month warranty had just elapsed. Update 3: I've had the replacement treadmill for about 8 months, and it's dying. It sounds awful. It overheats. The plastic under the motor is deforming. I don't expect it to last much longer. Update 4: I walked for 65 minutes today, and the motor got so hot that it melted a hole in the bottom of the treadmill. I had the treadmill on top of a polycarbonate chair pad to protect the carpet. The polycarbonate warped from the heat. I'm worried it's going to start a fire if I keep using it.

Had it for 2.5 years. Great customer service from the manufacturer. It’s durable and no assembly needed. Only issue is that the stoppers at the bottom came off. I can put them back on but they easily pop off. No issue if you have carpet but if you face hardwood floors, it could scratch your floors. I also wish the wheels were larger or placed elsewhere so that the treadmill could glide easier.

Light weight and works well with fatty like me. Does make sound periodically but may be from me moving a few times

The following is from the perspective of a 193cm (6'4") dude. First off, I got this to have a compact treadmill that would allow me to get more walking steps in each day, and this treadmill does that. It's shorter than what I'm used to using at the gym, but I didn't get this to run on and that hasn't been much of an issue. So, if you are also tall, I can recommend this for walking, but it may be too short for running. My girlfriend who is 173 cm (5'8") can run on it though. It will need to lean against something when put upright, but it's light enough that it shouldn't harm whatever it leans against, within reason. It takes up very little space which is nice for those with limited space. It still seems sturdy enough to handle me, and I'm about 88kg (194lbs). I only have one complaint, and that is the remote. It only has speed up, slow down, and stop/power. I got this to help me get my daily walking goal in each day, and that requires tracking. The stop button ends the session and then when you hit it again, it starts a new one. This means that it restarts the distance counting, so I have to mark down how far I walked, if I need to stop for a minute to do something else. When it's not in under the desk mode and the bar is up, it has a pause button that will allow you to pick back up where you were. So, because it already has the ability to pause, it seems like this was an issue that could have easily been avoided by just including a pause/start button on the remote. This is the main reason I'm not giving it 5 stars. This treadmill is great for it's price point, but creating an inconvenience to avoid one additional button seems petty. Specifically to the Product Seller: Would it really have affected the cost that much to include a remote with a pause/start button? Switch to a better remote and you have yourself a five star product here. A person may not have to start and stop a lot at the gym, but this is an under the desk treadmill for people that are getting things done, which for many people means a lot of starting and stopping. Just helping you understand your target audience better. Side note to users: If you position it like I did in the picture, move it away from the wall a bit, or suffer wall scuffs from shoes like I did.
