Better then Versa Gripps!
We have been Versa Gripp users for years but after our gym bag was stolen we were debating spending another $70 each for myself and my wife to get new pairs. Luckily we came across the Krato on Amazon and after a little research decided that we would give them a try in hopes that there would be at least in the ballpark of what we were used to.Good news is that I personally feel that there are better then the Versa, I like having the longer grip pads and the material and stitching is as good as versa and with the price we can buy 3 pairs for the price of 1 Versa.I have already recommended to a few people that I train with as well as a few different gym managers that I am friends with on getting a few of these in stock to pass on to customers.

You get what you pay for
PSA: I owned Versa Gripps and this review will be a comparison review compared to Versa Gripps.I owned a pair of Versa Gripps and one sad day, I lost half a pair :( Even though I loved them the $55 price tag is kinda hard to swallow sometimes, so I went and look for an alternative and found Krato Bands. I figured, hey they look the same and is more than half the price, why not?!Well, you really do get what you pay for.The rubber grip part feels flimsier and definitely not as sturdy/thick as Versa Gripps. The velcro/wrist part is thinner and more flexible, but not in a good way. I feel it give way and move down more as the weight I pull grows heavier. The stitching on the rubber is just ok, but I haven't had any issues with them so far.Versa has this thick-ish pad on the very top of the rubber part, Krato does too, but much thinner.WITH THAT SAID! I still very much like it. I think for the price you pay, this is still a very good lifting straps. If this one breaks, I would probably spring for another one of these because of the price.4 stars is really because I've seen better build, but I will still highly recommend this!

These are unbelievably well made and the most comfortable of the bunch
Got these alongside the Cobra Grips rubber and Cobra Grips Limited Ed. leather lifting gloves. These are unbelievably well made and the most comfortable of the bunch. The excessive foam padding on the other gloves were deceivingly uncomfortable. They would slip and cause blisters on both my thumb joints just below the wrists. The Kratos fit great, has superior grip and are plain better made! Get them!4/25/18 - UpdateI've been using these in the gym two days a week (back and shoulders routines) since mid March. Absolutely love them! I'm able to pull and hold so much more. I can now truly concentrate on working my muscles and not have to worry one bit about my grip. The gloves are holding shape extremely well. The wrist cuff has broken in nicely and the fit is now even better. Shows no signs of wear. Straps, velcro, etc. all holding shape well. I expect them to last a good while. The manufacturer's sizing chart is accurate. I measured both my wrists, ordered a medium and the fit is spot on. I wear them somewhat relaxed around the wrist, not snug.I hope the manufacturer keeps the quality consistent. I would absolutely buy another pair if mine bit the dust.

Great straps. Great customer service!
Love these straps! I am over 60 and therefore have some strength issues and mild arthritis in my hands. As I'm sure you all can appreciate, I can lift more than my hands can comfortably hold onto for extended reps. My trainer let me use her straps, and I was immediately sold.Came home and immediately ordered my own pair. I was thrilled to see that there were actually sizes for women! Other brands, not so much. I think they are also the only brand with Kevlar. When I first put them on, I noticed a small issue with one if the straps. I contacted the seller and the owner IMMEDIATELY answered me and offered to replace the straps. I received them a couple of days later. Wonderful customer service! Highly recommend the straps and the company.

Not for high-level powerlifting, but amazing for others.
The most I feel comfortable holding with these is around 495, anything above that and I suspect they're liable to slip. However, for weights under that they feel pretty rock solid and most importantly they're dirt simple to use. They don't have the awkwardness of figure-eights or the long setup of lasso straps, so I use them all the time for stuff like rows or lighter pulling/shrugging. They also have the huge benefit of easy release. A big downside of figure-eights is that if you do a full-out set and start getting lightheaded you can get "stuck" to the bar, but these make it really simple to just drop the bar. The flipside is you can't just go totally slack-hand like with those others but I think for the majority of situations these are a great solution.

wonderful straps
Arrived fast , high quality product love these bands . I break my workouts into push , pull movements they are very comfortable and easy-to-use much easier and faster than just lifting straps . They Give great grip and help with wrist support makes my workouts faster and more efficient, helps to make sure the muscle you're training is doing the work and not just your forearms or other stabilizing muscles . I also use them during push movements gives a bit of cushion on bench press type exercises and keeps the bar and or dumbbell secure in your hands . Absolutely love these things and the price is great compared to other similar products.

Amazing
I've owned these for a little over a month and they have been a game changer for my workouts. I can go for longer and heavier since I am able to get a firm grip and my hands aren't shredded from prior workouts.I had an issue with the product where they were slightly separating at the seams. To be fair I have really pushed the limit with these grips. I reached out to the company and the owner responded and immediately offered to do whatever was necessary to make things right.Would recommend. 10/10!
