Awesome red light therapy light. Half of the lights are visible red and the other half are an invisible wave length. So, without proper tools I have to trust that those are doing what they are saying. However, I can say that the brightness of the red lights and the size of the platform the light is attached to allows for lots and lots of red light.The included stand is quite handy for setting up different angles and sitting ie laying down under the light. I have seen some more expensive versions that do not come with a stand and have to be hung from doorknobs or the back of a door which makes it much more difficult to use.My main complaint is no auto timer on and off. There is a switch that you have to flip on and off and a timer would have been nice so I can fall asleep and have it turn off automatically. How we, this can be solved with an Alexa smart plug!Large amount of red light, large platform, cool maneuverabile stand, seems very useful 👍

I am Loving this so far! Super easy to set up. Adjusts to different angles allowing the red light to go where it’s needed. Light weight and easy to move from place to place. The dark glasses are a nice bonus! And my husband thinks I look like a movie star when I wear them!There are many other products at 3-4-5 times the price, but this does the trick!Super happy with this purchase,

This is a really great product. It has easy set up and easy take down so that you can carry it anywhere. The red therapy light is definitely soothing. One thing to note is all of the lights don’t burn red. Some of them are white and appeared not to be working; but they’re casting out invisible light, which combines with the red light. It feels great on the face and skin only used it a short period of time. I’m sure I will see good results over time.
