I found the quality of the wood poor “ thin and brittle “ it was splintering on the back on arrivaland was not worth the money but too late to return unfortunately, as it was for my daughter’sbirthday which was imminent so l wasn’t too happy to be giving it, what attracted me was thewording which was lovely.

I thought it was smaller than expected actually it was very “craft. Lessons” at school. I know you get what you pay for but it was thin and the words were squashed together a wee bit. I bought it as a gift for a friend I’ve had to ribbon on myself a a nd I think I will give it my granddaughter instead she’s 11 and will appreciate it. Anne

The message is the main attraction for me to give to a granddaughter - beautiful message. I bought one for another g/daughter not so long ago & the wooden heart itself was much more substantial. Are you cutting back on the thickness of heart or perhaps I used a different supplier ! Message beautiful.be

Overall I was disappointed with this - the lettering was not as clear as in the picture, and there were marks on the back of it. A piece of twine was supposed to be enclosed to hang the heart, and it wasn't. I know it was not expensive, but felt I couldn't even give it to my granddaughter as a stocking filler. I'll be looking for one with the same wording, but of better quality.

I sent this as a 'pick me up' gift to my sister, during this unusual time. My sister absolutely loved it, it cheered her up. I wanted a cheap cheerful gift with a meaning and this was perfect.Delivery was fantastic also ,it arrived on the exact day it was meant to,which is fab .
