Just received my silicone vacuum massage cups. This was a great purchase for me. I had checked into these cups at different web sites and I believe these were the best buy. I loved that it came with 12 cups and they have the different sizes needed. I used these on my back, some on the sides of my legs and some on my face. They worked perfectly. I didn't leave the ones on the face but for a few seconds, maybe 15 seconds, because sometimes they do cause bruising. I have other cupping products, but with these silicone cups I can do the cupping on myself. If you understand the benefits of cupping this is a great product. I actually ordered another set for my mother, just right after receiving my first set. I totally recommend these vacuum massage silicone cups.

I tried this cups, they are not bad, maybe a bit too shallow. For that reason, you can't achieve much suction.

Use it to relax my tense areas on my muscles and body.

These are adequate. Nothing compared to Rock Pods, but they work well enough for the price. They would work great as an addition to cups with better suction. They hold well, depending on location, but if you are interested in incorporating movements in your therapy I would invest in better cups. These could handle some movement in larger muscle groups, but lose suction in smaller areas. Compared to RockPods, these are a softer, thinner silicone.

I have 2 sets of these cups. They are perfect for oddly shaped areas, bony areas and FEET! Simple to use, more comfortable for clients/patients than the hard static cups, but just as effective. Perfect for a Pin and Move therapy session, as they stay put. Easy to use on myself and can be worn while doing stuff around the house. They move with you. Highly recommended.

The suction did not stay.

I use these cups during all of my massages. They work especially well on persons who dislike cupping. I've managed to convert cupping haters to cupping lovers. The suction is great, and the small sizes fit well on the palms, soles of the feet and tough to reach areas of the neck.

While the concept is promising, I found that the cups didn't always maintain suction well, which made the therapy less effective. Additionally, the edges of some cups were a bit rough, causing discomfort during use. However, for the price, it's a decent set for beginners or occasional users.

I must confess I was leery of this purchase - they were different from the ones my therapist uses, but I am actually very pleased. They are easy to use, place, press and they suction nicely, even with just one hand, which is a nice advantage to the other version that are more of a dual chamber design and really require two hands to apply. Price cannot be beat, variety of sizes is good (although personally I would prefer more small ones), and they work great on the more flat surfaces. On less flat surfaces they have more difficulty maintaining suction and like any of these cups they do not work where there is a lot of hair. This type of therapy is great where you have sore, stiff or tight muscles and work to bring extra blood flow and tension to small areas that were painful. As with all of these cups, if left on for extended periods, or too strongly suctioned they can leave "hickey" type marks that potentially could last days - so keep that in mind when using them, perhaps not an ideal product if you have a beach day or photo shoot planned!

Very soft silicone, with a thin inner lip. Suuiable to be left in one spot and mobilize your legs etc. Not so good for massage, because that inner lip is too flexible and gets in the way of the movement. Very strong chemical volatile compounds smell. I might return them, I don't wish to absorb that through my skin.
