If you need a super sharp and accurate cut, then these could be just the ticket. I repair A LOT of things around our farm. So when I do need a small sharp cut, then this is my go too. They work incredibly well and I’m very careful what they get used for because they are very handy when you need just the right cut. Perfect for getting into tight areas. They are well made and are holding up great. Very easy on my hands and fit well in handling when making those precise cuts.

This is my second pair of these snippers. My first pair is only a year old and still work like new. With this purchase I am now able to have one at my sewing machine and one by the serger. They instantly snip a clean cut with need to strike at your item again. I can get right to the base of the thread in a seam leaving it precise and neat Yes they are a higher price point than some you cam buy at 5 pair for $8 but those do not hold up, come with oil on them so as not to rust, etc., in other words you get what you pay for. The Fiskers Micro-tip IS WORTH EVERY $ SPENT ON THEM AND WILL PROVIDE A GREAT EXPERIENCE! Buy quality buy one time until you wear them out.

I work with felt (both soft and stiff) a lot and had a lot of trouble finding the right scissors for more detailed work and this is a lifesaver! I am able to cut tight corners and sharp edges with ease, the spring-assist is a lot more easy to use than anticipated. The lines I get from using these scissors are CLEEAAN. I'd highly recommend this product!

I purchased these for snipping a rag quilt, and they did pretty well, but I literally wore them out. I had to stop frequently after the first hour to wipe the blades and clean them. They seem to attract the lint from the fabric. And after hours of cutting, they just stopped working and I returned them, but they are sharp and they will cut through several layers of fabric. They’re just not going to last forever, but I don’t think these were made for that use. I think they were made for snipping thread and the heavier duty. Fisker’s for rag quilting is what I should’ve purchased to begin with.

These are my favorite snips; easy on the hands to use, strong enough to trim layers, precise enough to snip threads on the first try every time. Excellent quality. I own multiple pairs for my work stations and travel kit.
