J.W. SPEAKER 8700 Ev2-S 12/24V Dot Headlamp Chr

I Installed this on my Yamaha Road Star 1600 motorcycle. It fit great, no issues and I only had to do a minor up adjustment on the beam direction. No structural modifications of any kind on the bike or can were required. The light color is great too. This is a very bright headlight . A lot more distance on hi beams than my halogen bulb. The center ‘hot spot’ on low beam is probably a good 5-6 feet wide. Beam coverage will illuminate the ditches on low or hi. I can see where having the adaptive headlight would be a plus for 90 degree turns, but for me the small benefit is not worth the $400+ price tag. Headlight Revolution rates this as one of the top two or three LED headlights out there. Watch their You Tube review, then feel good about buying this headlight.

Made a huge difference in dusky/ night rides. Sharp and crisp anti glare cutoff. Good cast to the sides, and bright high beam. Had to use a adapter to mount it in my headlight housing

Fitment is good, build quality is nice. It’s a direct plug and play taking just minutes to install. High beam is noticeably better throwing light down the road and into the ditches. I am a bit disappointed in the low beam. Can’t compare side to side but it makes me feel I still need to add driving/fog lights for use with the low beam. I guess it’s all controlled by meeting specs to be used on the road but many OEM vehicle lights are much brighter. I have yet to be flashed by an oncoming vehicle while running the high beam. I get flashed in my F150 with low beams on to the point it’s annoying so it could be brighter all the way around. I did have the non dual burn before and this is a great added feature.

AWSOME light. Had to find a 7” bucket to mount to sportster 5.75 standard light bucket, some fairing kits for sportsters offer 7” headlight.

I read many reviews stating this LED light was super bright, much more compared to the stock halogen headlight on my 2008 Softail Deluxe. I bought this in addition to a pair of super cheap LED passing lights. What’s interesting is that the SUPER cheap passing lights are WAAAAAY brighter than this headlight. I’ve wondered if maybe I just got a bad one or maybe my expectations were too high. During the day, the passing lights are extremely visible but this headlight barely is, so not a good match at all. I’m actually looking for a different headlight and I’m considering a Vision X XMC headlight and passing lights as replacements. The install for the headlight was super easy and I’m not mechanically inclined whatsoever.

Perfect fit, simple replacement. JW Speaker is American made with quality components. Not a "knock off" brand. Do yourself a favor and get a high quality super bright super white LED from JW Speaker, the leader in LED lighting. Dual Burn function provides superior lighting.

Very bright, brilliant white, but controlled low beam pattern. Great improvement over factory headlights, but the confined beam does not blind other drivers. High beams create an amazing "corridor" of light, interstate width and out past 100yds.

I installed this headlight on my 2006 Heritage classic. My only complaint concerning performance is the sides of the light projection is stripped with shadows.

Install them in my Hummer H2 brighter than what I had but find a defect on the light beams for $500 each I expected better but they look nice
