This product is a mix of several mushrooms--a couple of which I have not previously taken. I take mushrooms on a daily basis and rotate the types I take. This one has tremella and poria cocos in it. I like to research them before I take them. This product is also made in the USA and third party tested, which I like to see. My bottle came well-sealed and is fresh. It is best by Feb 2026 so has a fairly long shelf life. The capsules are slightly larger than standard in size but were not hard for me to swallow. They have a slight earthy scent to them, which I think is to be expected. There was no taste to them for me. I am glad to have them in my rotation. I hope you find my review helpful.

I decided to try this mushroom supplement because it had a couple more mushrooms in it than the supplement I was taking. This supplement is gmp certified, made in the USA, and third party tested. When switching supplements I generally try to stick to supplements that fit those criteria. This supplement has poria cocos and royal son which I have not taken before. The capsules are easy to swallow and have no taste or smell. The capsules all appear to be uniformly filled and they are nice and clear. I would buy these again.

There are a lot of mushroom supplements around, but this one had so many included into the blend it got my attention. What made me decided to definitely get this one was that it was made in the USA in a GMP facility and 3rd party tested. I try my best to tick those boxes with my supplements. It's especially hard with the testing. This maybe a little pricey, but it's less than the hot chocolate or coffee if I had it every day for a month and there are more mushrooms in this.

I was mostly interested in cognitive improvement so the lions mane was important, but thought the rest of the mushrooms would be helpful as well. I've been taking these a little over a month and have not experienced any negative effects. The long term cognitive benefit won't be known quickly, but I have noticed much more vivid dreams, as well as easier to recall the dreams. I will continue to take these, and I enjoy the vivid dreams.

I ordered this as a backup to my usual (very popular) brand when it becomes unavailable. I recently found myself in that very position and have so far been taking this supplement brand for about a week now. I noted that this brand has less potency than my usual brand, requiring only 2 capsules a day instead of three. I have opted to take three a day as was my usual protocol for this reason. I have not noticed a dramatic difference from my usual brand, but again it has only so far been a week on this supplement. There is not funky odor or taste to the bottle or capsules. They are fairly easy to swallow (as was my other brand) . The bottle contains enough capsules for about a month so it is a decent quantity for the price tag. Would recommend this supplement if you are in a place of maintaining where you are, but those who ahve never taken this type of supplement will find (I believe) some benefits from taking it as well.

I don't find this particular blend of mushrooms/cordyceps to be anything to write home about. Compared to others, it has and identical list of ingredients of those that are slightly more affordable. The packaging is average, coming in a flimsier than usual supplement bottle with a bland label.
