Well I have to say I love this washing machine. Crazy as it may sound but I get quite excited when it’s time for a new washing machine ! I’m like a child with a present 😆The machine is very easy to use , a quiet spin however I have found when on a 1600 rpm spin it’s a little noisy so I usually use the 1200 or 800 . I love the size of the drum being 9kg meaning I get more washing done 😁 instead of such small amounts in my old 7kg machine. The digital display is nice and clear showing time remaining etc . You can control the settings on the machine from your mobile phone if you prefer , I haven’t tried that as of yet but I’m sure I will ! I think the price for this machine is excellent to be fair, a definite thumbs up for speedy delivery 👍 quality and washing results . I highly recommend this machine 😁

Great washing machine. This was recommended to us by an engineer and is fab. Not used the WiFi function as don’t really need it, easy to use, slightly noisier on the spin but still a very goo machine. Good communication with Candy customer service when called about extended warranty (well worth it) Seller were great, really good communication from start. Hourly updates on time of delivery.

The washing machine is used almost daily and the multiple programs allow you to select what is ideal for the wash. I particularly like the short programs as we rarely wear clothes to the point they become heavily stained, so these are ecconomic as well as being effective.

Pros: Easy to select and modify programmes. Option to download new ones from the Internet via your smartphone, though I haven't tried this yet. Washes and spins very quietly. Actually smaller than my old 9Kg Hoover that it's replaced, fitting under my counter where the old one always stuck out a few inches. Front display timer gives an indicator of remaining wash time. The 20 degree 90(ish) minute wash cycle works really well, and is the one I most regularly use. Fairly intuitive to use, but it's still worth reading the manual.Cons: The phone app is NFC rather than Wi-Fi or Bluetooth: you have to hold your phone to the front of the machine in just the right place to get it to work, turning a potentially useful feature into an almost completely pointless gimmick. Most of the wash cycles won't allow maximum spin speed, so this is effectively a 1200 RPM machine in normal use. If you open the door with the soap drawer already open, the drawer goes flying across the room (a mistake I've only made once, and thankfully there was no liquid or powder in the drawer.) Timer display is approximate - the wash cycle often finishes several minutes before or after the original estimate.

Good washing machine great with a a quick wash 15 minutes

Really happy with this machine. It looks really nice, the chrome round the door is a nice feature on a white machine. It’s got a huge drum so can fit loads in, lots of different cycles, I tend to use the daily hour one for most washes. You can input different temps and spin speeds- it’s just really good! Quiet too, I’m very happy.

This is the best washing machine I have ever owned. So simple and effective to use . A perfect quick wash for those items that just need a freshening up. The drum is huge and can hold a whole set of bedding . I fully recommend this machine.

After 7 months of working fine got error code E09.10 days later engineer came out and replaced board and it worked again for a whole 9 days before error code E09 returned.Waiting another 10 days for engineer to come out again.Candy will not replace total joke, sending the engineer twice coupled with replacement machine parts must cost more than the machine itself.Appreciate this is not expensive but hoping it would last more that 7 months.My advise is pay more and do not buy Candy or Hoover.I wanted to give this product zero star but had to select to write review.
