I purchased two watches- one blue and one red. The watch fit great for my 7 year old boys. The watch has nice features and they enjoyed the games. Setup was easy having the correct SIM included! The only downsides I found are: For the time options, it has only 24 hr military time or hand clock-neither of which my kids can read the time on. Also, in order to video call or send voice messages, the app is necessary. This is no issue as their mom, but not ideal needing to ask all contacts to download it in order for those features to work. Note there is no option for “word” text messaging. All in all great price for this watch and I liked being able to check location and battery percentage on the app. Customer service was outstanding helping to navigate an issue with one watch.

It says the at&t prepaid sim will work with the watch. THE ONLY SERVICE IS T MOBILE! and for it to work you have to set the apn and THERE'S NOWHERE TO DO THAT ON WATCH. and they don't provide the scan code it asks for to bind it to the app!!!!
