Included photos to compare size and BUILD of newer flex 3 to the Abrams TIR 3 and EDGE 3.There's a lot of science that gets ignored in this age of new inexpensive LED automotive lighting. I'm no scientist but I know just enough that lumens, wattage, etc really mean very little in practicality. I have purchased inexpensive Chinese made led headlights that are incredibly blindingly bright up close but have absolutely minimal throw depth. Anything beyond about 50 feet is just dark, regardless of optics. A good old halogen bulb can still light up trees 200 yards away (perceived dim compared to high temp white led, but the light reaches that far) but only the very high end led examples can do the same.The first thing I noticed about the older Abrams tir3 and edge 3 was this quality of throw distance. Up close they might not seem as dazzling as some of the incredibly bright and cheap no name units flooding the market, but you will see your flashing lights photons hitting objects at remarkable distances, which means people up to a mile or two away will clearly see your warning lights. This, along with the quality of wiring, tells me these Abrams products are high quality and deliver exceptional performance.The flex 3 is about half the size or less of the older units, and is built just as well. The optics are great and there are much better patterns available including better options for non wig wag style, the modulating option is very attention commanding for a single, perhaps mounted on the side of your work or emergency vehicle.I haven't given the flex 3 a full night time test yet but I expect no disappointments. Will update if any issues.Bravo Abrams and the seller.Editing to add : Just incase you are in the dark about the white wire, some units I received still came with older instructions for when these were all 4 wire productsThe white wire when connected to positive + gives your light head steady burn. This means you can hook up to your turn signal wire, brake light +, perhaps a momentary switch or regular switch of you desire a steady burn for flood light or spotlight purposes. I imagine most would just want to splice this in to turn or brake function depending on color

The media could not be loaded.  I've used and had several different brands of strobes on our various trucks. These by far are the brightest one for the price point. Anything brighter than these easily cost twice as much. They have a bunch of different patterns to choose from. Most importantly they have a "sync" wire that allows you to connect several of them together and have the pattern go back and forth between the other ones to maintain a constant pattern. They installed easily. In the video example I posted they are sitting in the crease between the tailgate and bumper. You can't even see them until you turn them on. Very stealthy.

These LED lights are super bright and just what we needed for our landscaping biz. We use them on a daily basis and really needed them during snow plow season. They are super easy to install and sync together as well as attaching to rocker and momentary switches. There are multiple patterns and other than the price, overall excellent.

Once again, I'm very pleased. The Flex light heads are the real deal, at an unequaled affordable price. Very bright!!! At over 200 feet away, in daylight, you still don't want to look right at them. At night, no doubt they could be seen well over a mile away. Marc's and Abrams will definitely be my return supplier. Thanks guys, great job. KenMuch better and heavier light head mounting cover as well as heavier gauge wiring. Now, if they'll just hang in there for 80hrs a week, we'll be hooked on Abrams.

Easy to install and SUPER bright!! EXACTLY what I was looking for @ almost half the cost from the "Chrome Shop"!!

Remember if you buy these in a bi color unit and want alternate left light right light you will look to the mix of ypur to color choices on atbthe same time to just alternate right and left

Just installed as side strobe lights on my back rack. The two I installed are 3 times as bright as my Amber sound off strobe light I have mounted on top! I’m thinking about buying two more to face backwards and use as turn signals now. Great lights worth the money. You get what you pay for.

The media could not be loaded.  These lights are relatively inexpensive, well-built, and VERY bright, with a good selection of patterns and the ability to synchronize multiple lights. BUT these lights will cause radio-frequency interference (RFI) with 2-way VHF FM radios, either in the vehicle or close to it. This RFI is strong enough to capture the FM channel in weak-signal areas and make communication difficult or impossible. The video shows the hand-held transciever's signal strength meter bouncing in sync with the flashes. After several phone calls and emails back-and-forth with the techs at Abrams Mfg the problem was not resolved. I returned the units and purchased another, more expensive set of lights -- also well-built, very bright, but with zero RF interference.
