


First off, we start by slicing lean bacon very very thick. We then marinate the bacon in maple syrup, brown sugar, a touch of cayenne, and a few other secret ingredients to make this a truly unique and addictive addition to our lineup. You will also notice that it has a wonderful rich smokey flavor as well. This variety was first introduced in 2013 and has been in our top 10 since day one.
