This product is well made and very good value for money, dermarollers can be very expensive.Have been using it for about a month, I have not noticed any changes yet, but my doctor told me the treatment would take about a year before I see anything, so not surprising.Very happy with the dermaroller.

Works really well to open your pores. But you have to be sure to use it very gently otherwise it can cut your skin or irritate your skin.But used gently it really gives your face a nice plump look. Good to use before doing a face mask.

this product is exactly how it is described and as i have never used anything like this it was the perfect mm to start with - you don't need to press down hard at all and it has improved my skin after just 1 use. will definitely be buying this product again.

The product is great, I can see an improvement in my skin from the second use. I think it would be better if I got more than 0.5 for more effective and faster results

Excellent quality

I've only used the roller a few times but can see a marked difference in my acne scarring. I'm excited to see how it improves with continued use!

I am giving one star because the product arrived in a box, sealed paper and plastic bag, but as I picked it out of the case I saw a hair stuck in it. Yuk!

Really great quality, is the first roller I have used but would definitely order again
