Great product ( alone) so far.
I have taken the tablets for only one week and they have proven to suppress my appetite. They keep me awake though. I will take them as early as 8 am to see if that will help with being awake when I should be asleep. I will begin using the tea, tablets and shakes together beginning Monday. I will weigh myself also. This should give me a more accurate view on how the product line works together as it is advertised. I have great expectations so far since each item has done what they should do individually. If I'm allowed I will come back with an update in two weeks.

I like it for its ability to perk me up and give me energy. It does not suppress my appetite. I like Herbalife and think I am going to try one of their other weight-related products next time.
