8 kg 5 Star Front Load Fully-Automatic Washing Machine, Steam Hygiene, AI ActiveWater, 15 Wash Programs, No Tangle or Wrinkle, SoftCare Paddle, Shiny Silver, WAJ2826BIN

This is our first washing machine at home. Until now, my mom used to wash clothes manually, but we finally decided to buy a washing machine to make everyday laundry easier. We wanted a reliable model with good cleaning performance and useful features for long-term use. After getting positive recommendations from our relatives about Bosch, we decided to go with this 8 kg front-load model. The delivery was on time, the machine arrived safely, and installation was completed the very next day. The installation team also explained the basic instructions, which was helpful for first-time users like us. The machine looks sturdy and well-built, and the black and grey finish gives it a nice appearance. One of the main reasons this model appealed to us was its combination of capacity and features. The 8 kg drum should be suitable for a small to medium-sized family, while the 15 wash programs provide options for different fabrics and laundry needs. The 1400 RPM spin speed helps extract more water from clothes, and the inbuilt heater and Hygiene Steam feature are useful additions. The 5-star energy rating and AI ActiveWater Plus technology are also worth considering for regular household use. For buyers comparing washing machines, I would suggest looking beyond the brand name and checking which features you will actually use. An 8 kg capacity is a practical choice for many families, but your laundry load and washing frequency should guide the decision. The 1400 RPM spin speed is helpful, although it does not mean every fabric should be spun at the highest speed. Also, remember that front-load machines can have longer wash cycles, and the door needs enough clearance to open comfortably. Check the machine's dimensions, water supply requirements, warranty details, and local service availability before making the purchase. Since this is our first washing machine, I am still exploring the different programs and getting familiar with its performance. I cannot comment on long-term durability or stain removal yet, as we need more time to evaluate those aspects. I will update my review after using it for a month or so. So far, the buying, delivery, and installation experience has been smooth, and we are happy with our choice. If you are looking for an 8 kg front-load washing machine with a good range of features, this model is worth considering. However, I would recommend comparing it with other models in the same price range before deciding, based on your family's needs and budget.

I’ve been using the Bosch 8 kg, 5 Star washing machine for last 1 year now, and I must say it’s one of the best investments I’ve made for my home. The machine delivers powerful and efficient cleaning without damaging clothes — even delicate fabrics come out fresh and soft. The inverter motor runs super quiet and vibration-free, which is perfect for apartment living. The 8 kg capacity easily handles a full family’s laundry, and the energy-efficient 5-star rating really makes a difference in monthly electricity and water usage. What I love most are the smart wash programs and the speed wash option, which saves a lot of time during busy days. Build quality feels premium — solid door, smooth controls, and a sleek design that looks elegant in any modern home. Overall, it’s a perfect balance of performance, durability, and efficiency. Highly recommended for families who want a reliable and long-lasting washing machine.

We are extremely disappointed with the poor quality and reliability of the Bosch washing machine purchased by us. Frankly, purchasing this product has been an unnecessary expense and a frustrating experience. Since the date of delivery, the sensor panel has malfunctioned and been damaged multiple times. Every time, your customer support team visits, repairs the issue, and the same problem occurs again after some time. Unfortunately, even after repeated repairs, the issue has not been permanently resolved. Now that the warranty period has expired, the sensor panel appears to have failed once again. This raises serious concerns about the product's quality and the quality checks carried out before releasing it for sale. A reputed brand like Bosch is expected to deliver reliable products, not products that require repeated repairs from the date of delivery. We are extremely dissatisfied with this experience and expect Bosch to take responsibility and provide a permanent resolution rather than repeatedly carrying out temporary repairs.

I purchased a front load washing machine about five months ago, and it has been performing exactly as expected. The washing quality is excellent, with clothes coming out clean and fresh every time. It operates smoothly with minimal noise and offers convenient features that make laundry easier. So far, I haven’t faced any issues, and overall, I’m quite satisfied with its performance and reliability.

Excellent, sturdy, best in class, great washes as per the modes, really very silent, and a great product overall. Very happy with the washing machine overall as this runs really smoothly and has a very silent motor. The machine has good wash quality and all the modes work perfectly as expected. My only complaint is that the mode selector switch looks cheap and of poor quality plastic, but this is not the case with any other component of the machine. It seems durable to me, but only time can tell. Overall satisfied with this machine and would happily recommend it over others in the same range.
