I’m a lifelong athlete and my body is feeling the affects of overuse. The wedges were great and helped me with all the recovery exercises I needed to do daily. They’re sturdy and lightweight and easy to travel with. I didn’t take the whole square, just a few pieces and they were sufficient for my needs. Highly recommend them for anyone looking to improve their squat, do rehab exercises or a myriad of other activities. You definitely won’t be disappointed with this quality product.

Inexpensive & stable!
Update: I only had these for a week and a half and they already broke. I've reached out to the seller, I'll update again after they respond to me. I still recommend them, I think maybe I just got a bad set.Original review: So far so good! Very stable, not slippery at all. I love them! I bought 2, but sent one back bc I only needed one, as it has 3 separate pieces that make 2 equal sized wedges for each foot. It is Styrofoam so it might not last forever, but I think it will last a good while and for the price, it's a great deal!

Light working out steps
Need to get to that next level in your workout. This is definitely an awesome tool for that. They are light weight easy to store. Highly recommend.

Exactly what I was hoping for
Exactly what I had been looking for to help me with extra stability doing squats at home. Super lightweight and has the versatility of a lower and higher angle to utilize. Definitely would recommend.

Work Well, But Not Slip Resistant
These blocks perform reasonably well; except they are only slip resistant if the shoe is or if you are bare footed. They definitely are not slip resistant if you are in stocking feet. Being so light, they slide around hard surface floors too easily.Mine are new and I will care for them, but EPP (expanded polypropylene) easily disintegrates when used roughly. There are other products that I should have considered.

Great foe quads and glutes!
Great addition to my workouts! I use these squat wedges to enhance my leg days and even have been using them for more barre exercises too! I can definitely feel my quads or glutes doing more work using them! Also really like how its versatile and I can use a variety of angles
