I bought 2 sets. The 5mm and 7mm. They are perfect for what I needed. The 5mm is TINY and that is exactly what I was looking for. The clip mechanism works great. This hoop isn't going to go anywhere!!! Nice delicate feel, very classy. I put the hoop at the middle of my ear, this hoop will work for almost any piercing. It would make a great nose Ring at the 8mm or more diameter

theres a lotta weird off brand stuff that gets bumped 2 the top of the results... well this aint it. this is high quality jewellry. i got the 20g silver hoops, my second pair after getting the larger 8mm black ones. theyre so awesome- super thin, really really shiny unlike some other skeevy dull ones i got on wish. they clip into place very sturdily, you can hear the click of course. you can barely feel them and theres nothing to poke u. awesome. perfect for kids and everybody else too

I love these rings! I've bought different sizes in the past couple years for my various cartilage piercings and they've all been fantastic. I was skeptical that the 20g would be super flimsy and the locking mechanism wouldn't work well, but I was pleasantly surprised!! I bought these specifically for my nose and they fit perfect! I love that it can spin and there's no unsightly end on the ring. I prefer thin nose rings and these fit the bill. Wish they weren't so pricey. But they are definitely worth it in my opinion. 😊

It's very small and discreet, it was easy closing them by myself.

*** update ***Sent back the wrong order and recieved the wrong ones again. 7mm steel is coming in a thicker gauge, maybe 16 or 14. Cant fit in a standard ear post. I reordered yellow gold 7mm and they are correct so it's just their steel 7mm that's off.***Ordered these in the past and loved. This time both my self and a friend on separate orders received a thicker gauge. Instead of 20g is was closer to 16g or 14g (too thick for the average ear piercing). This was on the silver 7mm. Maybe that bin got mixed up. The seller/distributor should check.

Update: It's been a few years and I'm still going strong with this brand. I've since sized down to the 6mm for my helix and I think that fits a lot better. I've added a picture for reference, hope this helps!I've had my ears pierced at the top since 2013 with the understanding that I would keep hoops in, but I never found a pair that I could wear constantly without making my ear flare up. The piercing usually fits an 18g post, so the 20g curve of these hoops is perfect, like they're not even there.Seamless finish, easy to put in, they don't snag on my hair or hurt to sleep on.

I have been wearing these in my second earlobe piercings for over a month and they feel very comfortable and *almost* seamless. I can feel the hinge when the hoop is closed, but it doesn't bother my ears. At night they can get a little annoying, but I think that's my fault since the size I picked is not snug enough around that part of my ear so it tends to flip up while laying (so definitely get an accurate measurement before ordering if you plan to keep these in around the clock). The metal itself does not cause my skin any irritation. I see a few people recommending these for nostril piercings too, so I might buy some more later. Only thing holding me back is, like I said, that they are not 100% seamless.

I have problems with my holes being sensitive. They get sore, itch and swell with knots. Wearing earrings is almost impossible with the irritation. The older I get the worse it seems to get. My daughter actually bought a pair for me. I have never been so tickled. All prior symptoms are gone. In fact I bought a second pair for my second holes.For some reason I feel like jewelry strangles me in my sleep so I never wear it to bed. With these hoops, I never knew they were there; sleep just fine. They are secure and haven't opened. Definitely recommend if you have sensitive ears or need something to keep the holes open without being a nuisance.

The earring no longer clicks shut. Really disappointing and weird considering I have bought cheaper ones and they work find years later. Wouldn't recommend as the quality isn't there.

Followed instructions but struggled to get them to click closed. Finally got it (or thought I did). Checked a couple of hours later and one of the earrings was already gone.
