Tab glued to bag
I don't know why they glued the paper tab on the end of the sting to the bag but nearly every time I've tried to separate the paper tab from the bag it's torn the bag leaving me with either discarding the tea bag or stapling the hole shut. Frustration everytime.

I use it for brain health. I would have liked a stronger taste, after 20 minutes steeping. Very pleasant flavor.

Steep as recommended; Perfect!
Fresh; some teas I leave the tea bag in the entire time I am drinking the brew, but the bag recommends 5 to 7 minutes; it is truly best at the recommended steeping time.

Tab sticks to tea bag
The paper tab is glued to the bag itself. I always carefully remove it, but it has still torn the bag twice. I will likely just throw the bag into the hot water and fish it out with a spoon henceforth.
