Damaged but received a replacement
I purchased this suitcase backpack for my son, hoping it would be a convenient and durable option for his school use. Unfortunately, the quality of the material and construction was extremely poor. Within just a few uses, the seams started to fray, and the zippers began to malfunction also the holder is damaged. Could not for use again. Otherwise, I contacted the seller to addressed this issue, they sent me a replacement which in a good condition and my son was happy with it. Great customer service and thank you!

We’re only the third week into school and the handle already has a dent. Love the bag but the handle and wheels are cheap!!!
