Been using them for a while that work perfectly and I’ve had no issues over 6 months out. Charge at a decent rate and can hold it for quite a while.

I have had no issues with these. The last quite a while and charge fairly quickly.

Plain and simple. They don't charge. At least, of course, mine didn't it. I put them in the controller correctly, I double checked. Plugged the controller (battery inside) into a charger (FOR 24 HOURS!!). Noticed the icon on the top right of the Xbox Home Screen displayed as advertised (a battery with a little lightning bolt icon, signifying a battery charging up). I unplug it, hold down the xbox home button (to power on the controller and system) Nothing happens. Battery is dead. Useless item. I suppose being cheaper than every other option should've told me something. I just thought they skipped all the unnecessary "come with batter charging bank" hoopla and just simply sold rechargeable batteries. But, nope, lesson learned. But of course, I'm supposed to believe mine are just duds and "this has never happened before" or "we're so sorry to hear that".

We bought this because one of the Xbox brand batteries we had kept dying. This one’s battery life lasts a decently long time. It charges quickly and fits perfect in our Xbox charging spot.

Functionality is key

Sadly, because of the notch on each battery, they don't fit in my battery charger.They do work fine for my Xbox controller. I just have to plug my controllers in to recharge each time instead of the batteries themselves.
